For the money and look so far, I'm going to say 100% worth it. It is quite heavy and took some clever maneuvering to sit well on our tree, so that's something to be mindful of (especially for a real tree, I'd imagine). Our tree is 9 ft. and the size seems to suit it well. I think it would look fine on a 6 ft. as well, but I'd be a little more wary of the weight. The base is pretty clever and has this velcro strap to "tighten" but it doesn't function quite as well as I initially thought it would. As far as the projection goes, there's quite a few feet from the top of our tree to the vaulted ceilings and I LOVE the projected stars! They're very clear and a good size (in the words of our 1 year old: *whispered* "Woooow!"). Will update should it stop functioning or any problems arise, but I sure hope we get at least a few years out of this affordable, beautiful projection tree topper!

It is very pretty and spins slowly while changing colorsits kinda heavy and wasnt sure if it would stay on my 7.5 tree but i got it to stay and wr love it now

The glitter falls off, it looks like a white gold in the pictures but it is straight up yellow gold in person, almost a yellowy tan it’s awful. The piece that wraps around the top branch to hold it in place probably couldn’t even hold up an ornament let alone this heavy thing. The plastic at the bottom is so cheap and flimsy and the Velcro (which is all white by the way) immediately broke off. We didn’t end up using it at all and I regret buying this star! I will say that the disco ball on it works well and the colors that shine are vibrant and beautiful but that’s the only good thing I have to say about it.

I received this tree topper this morning and immediately went to work putting it on my tree. The first thing I noticed was the entire product, including the velcro supplied for attachment is bright white and will clash with any traditional green tree. The cone device the manufactuer included with this orniment also sat far high above the top branch of the tree and looked quite frankly ridiculous. So I decided to try and re-invent the fixture to make it work. Using some velcro of my own I set the cone down lower in the tree and secured it to the stock with the velcro. The procedure still left a large motor box (that turns the angel) on top of the tree and since it's white it sticks out like a sore thumb. The procedure was also difficult because it was hard to make the angel sit up straight due largely to the cone attachment. Once that was done I ran the cord down the interior of the tree and found the white/clear plastic cord also is hard to hide (should be green). Then I turned on the tree and the angel began her spin with alternating lights. Personally I am not a fan of the colors chosen for the angel to display and would have been much happier with plain white. Overall I did get this thing to work and it looks alright so I'll keep it until something better comes along.Overall complaints:1) The angel is designed to sit far to high above the tree, looks terrible.2) The motor box included is huge and it seems the could have made it a lot smaller.3) The cone piece they made to hold the angel to the tree is all but worthless, I'v had other toppers that came on a plain stick that worked much better and easier.4) Everything below the angel should be dark green so it matches the normal tree, the only tree this will match would be a white flocked tree.5) The angel would be much prettier if it emitted white light only.Only time will tell how long the angel continues to run but for now this is my review.

Good quality and low price. I totally recommend it’s super cute and perfect for your Christmas Tree topper. I found what I was looking for and it was the perfect price. My family loved it I been getting a lot of compliments from my family members and I even provided them with the link. Totally worth it.
