No 5.5mm to 4.5mm dongle included
I know these AC adapters are a dime a dozen, but if your listing says it includes something it does not - I requested a second shipment just to be sure - you're misleading buyers on your product. I'm sure the adapter works just fine - but it cannot connect to my laptop because the 5.5mm to 4.5mm dongle is not in the box. Finding the correct one is difficult for this model of laptop, but please do not purchase this if you need the smaller connector. They are straight-up *not* in the package.

Puppy power
Rescued a 6 month old aussie pup and if anyone knows about aussies, they like to chew. Well, my pup chewed up my original MSI cord and I ordered this to replace it. Works well and has a nice snug fit. Have not seen a drop in performance and any excess heat created.

Broke a few months in
Less than a year in and I heard a pop sound coming from the adapter block, and it stopped working. No smoke or fire or anything, luckily.
