I am pleased as PUNCH with this printer
My trusted Epson printer that I've had for 10 years recently bit the dust, and I was looking for a replacement. I will occasionally print photos, but mostly I use a printer 1-2 times per week to print return labels, or documents for work, or recipes/miscellaneous things. I loved my epson but over the years the printer head would constantly clog and I'd had to run multiple head cleanings before getting a halfway decent print. Anyway, I wanted another compact unit that could print well, had the capability of scanning/copying too, and this one fit the bill perfectly. I just went through the setup process which was super easy, and I'm delighted at the quality of the prints coming out. Very happy that I chose this unit!

It does the job
We bought this one to replace another exactly like it that last about 3 years. It did what I needed. The problem was getting help to fix it since it was off warranty. I didn't want to lose all ink I had just purchased so we bought the exact one.

Superb text printing -- and that's pretty much "it."
With the benefit of six months experience with my Canon TS 6320 all-in-one (printer / copier / /scanner / photographic inkjet printer, here’s my review. Here are the best features:(1) Superb text printing, very high quality.(2) Perfectly adequate copying and scanning for uncritical household and amateur applications, which happens to be good enough for me.(3) Compact — its footprint is about 14" x 15" when not in use.(4) Attractive — that’s an unusual plus for a printer — mine is off-white instead of the ubiquitous black, and the industrial designers came up with a very pleasant-looking appearance.(5) Five separate ink cartridges (cyan / magenta / yellow / black / "fat" black), which is to say, it’s not one of those printers where the colors are combined into one cartridge. What’s not to like? Read on:(1) I’ve found the TS 6320’s photo printing performance to be rock-bottom poor. Color rendition is terrible and color saturation is disappointing. High quality photo printing is very important to me and I expect a printer that claims to be a photo printer to produce high-quality photographic prints.(2) Construction impresses me as flimsy.(3) The menu screen is the size of a postage stamp: one square inch. Using the menu is a tedious process, where you have to flip through screen after screen after screen and read extremely tiny print. A better alternative would have been no screen at all and instead, a well-designed menu included in the software interface shown on the host computer's screen.(4) Gimmicky. There’s this silly light that dances across the front of the printer when it’s operating. The output tray is motorized for no particularly apparent useful reason: when open, it’s in the way if you need to add paper (which is a tedious process) and instructions aren’t clear whether manually closing the tray harms the mechanism. There’s no button to close the tray. To get the motor to close the tray, you need to shut the printer down. Getting the paper tray open can be clumsy. I’m always afraid I’m going to break something because it feels so delicate.(5) The TS 6320 now sells in the $300 range, give or take. With its photographic printing simply appalling, its flimsy "feel," its tiny screen and tedious menu operation. I think this printer isn't a particularly good value.Without respect to price, I would recommend this printer to you under the following conditions:(1) Its superb text printing quality is particularly important to you.(2) You generally set your printing parameters and don’t change them, in which case you can sidestep the tedium of crawling through the menus.(3) You have no interest in printing photographs.(4) One or more of this printer’s other virtues that I’ve mentioned besides text quality are important to you.

Just installed everything working well Tech support is horrible.
Connection to computer issues. Need to know about installation problem and easy fix...I just purchased the T6320 and set up was pretty easy until connecting to my computer. Tech support was not okay. After I set the printer up to run as a copier which was easy then the instructions said to go to the canon website for connecting to your computer, which I did. The website asked for model and then said to download the driver which then caused an error and said to call tech support available 24/7. I called and the difficult to understand tech person had me read the error then blamed my computer for not allowing the download and said it may be a virus. He then insisted I had to resolve the issue on my computer. This was completely wrong! He gave me no other solutions. He was completely useless. No virus after scanning. Nothing wrong on my end. I had to solve it myself which is also ridiculous. I ask you, why have a tech support if they are untrained and can't do anything to solve simple issues? What I did to resolve the issue... I restarted my computer then used the disk which was in the packaging. The disc took me to the website through a different route and everything installed easily. The tech person never asked me any questions as to whether I used the disc, or how I was going about connecting? He didn't ask any questions about how the website behaved. Just useless. The product is currently working and seems great so far as I used it to scan documents to my computer which was the easiest I've experienced to date. I'm terrified though if I have to use tech support again. It seems as if they are trained to blame the customers computer and not spend any time with you at all. Possibly just the weekend techies... I have no idea... hopefully they are better trained when and if needed in the future. My advice is to just use the included disc for connection to a computer instead of going to the specific web address mentioned in the set up instructions. Enjoy... 4 stars for the product and if it works over time I'd give it 5. Tech support gets a 1 star and probably only deserves the single star because they answered the phone on the weekend.
