Does the job for making your own nutrient pills. Good for filling up with lots of anti inflammatory properties before taking the morning protein shake. No complaints from me.

Great but a little pricey
A little expensive, however worked great. I use them to make different capsules with tumeric, maca root, moringa powder etc as I don't like mixing them in with food or drink.I made some MCT oil (coconut oil) capsules for my mother, however they do leak, so wouldn't recommend for oils or liquids.Having a bag of each part seperate was also really handy!

Struggling to swallow then
Bought these to put turmeric in easy to fill but I found it hard to swollen. But I do anyway. I should have bought smaller ones.
