GrainBrain Organic White Wheat Flour 5lb

I was looking for pure flour, no bromate, no GMOs, no additives or bleaching, and this product delivered. One reviewer mentioned there was no ingredient list...there IS an ingredient list, and it contains the one ingredient in this flour: organic white winter wheat flour. Nothing more. I use it to make the best sandwich bread in the world, the kind on can't buy in grocery stores. I use it in place of flour in all of my cooking and I have no complaints. I'd have to say I like this flour best for what's MISSING, and that's a whole lot of chemicals we don't need. It's the perfect flour!

I bake fresh bread for my family almost daily. The free formed loaves of bread I made with this flour turned out quite dense. It leads me to believe the protien content is around 4%. There is no nutritional breakdown on the package. I don't like that. I mixed it with whole wheat and rye flours as well. All the bread turned out well flavour wise and I just did not like the custard crumb. I would not use it for bread baking unless you like really dense chewy bread. I will not buy it again.

Although I/we have gone 99.9% organic, trying a new product will often render doubts for me ......... not in this case! This is an excellent product. Everything I have used it for has turned out perfectly (including the biggie, the TASTE). I will be purchasing more of this, that's for sure.

made homemade noodles for homemade chicken soup. tasted like normal homemade noodles w/o feeling tired, sick, or getting a stomach ache.

I am using this flour for making sourdough bread and it is working beautifully. I have a problem digesting most wheats but this is working for me.

I like this product because it is all natural no addatives especially cugar since I am on a no sugar diet.It sure takes the place of standard unbleaced white flolourwhich has added sugar. I am very satisified with this product and would recomend it's use to anyone interesated in an organic flour. I will buy it again. I was very satisfied with the service.

This product is as anything natural should, be welcome and uneventful to the digestive system. Product arrived as stated on time.
