Extra Strength Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil Spray

Sometimes get cramps in legs at night, put this on and it soothes right away. Good for aches as well. On our third bottle. Hubby on water pill which takes all the electrolytes out of him, his legs cramp up and this helps right away. Excellent product.

In the evenings when I’m sitting down watching TV, I can’t sit still. My legs feel tight and like they need to stretch. I’ll get up, do some leg stretches, walk around but shortly after I sit down it starts back up. A friend said she’d used Magnesium Oil for her Restless Legs and it really helped. She was right, I am amazed that it does work. I will rub it on the back of my calves and behind my knees. Within minutes I can sit down, relax and watch TV or read a book and not even think about my legs. I have also used it on sore neck muscles and my lower back which it also helps. Not as significant improvement as the restless legs but muscles do seem to relax. It is thin so I usually spray it on my hand then rub it into the area. Not sure how or why it works, but it does for me at least.

Came 1/3 spilled and had to put in a different spray bottle but I don’t even mind because it works so great. The first night I tried it I sprayed it only on one leg rubbed it in and left it on and went to bed. I woke up two times and the leg I used it on was way less painful so the second night I took a bath, sprayed it on my legs and let it dry for about an hour before I washed it off with warm water and went to bed and I only woke up one time with restless legs and it was easier to fall back to sleep vs tossing and turning in pain. Great product. And I’m sure shipping just was rough on it. Maybe a bubble wrap around the bottles would be helpful instead of a bottle rolling around in a box or bag with no protection.

I love this stuff. It works almost instantly, is easy to apply, lasts a good long time (my bottle is a couple of years old now), and doesn't have a strong scent.

I would like this product if it absorbed into the skin well. It leaves an uncomfortable film on my skin unfortunately. Also the spray mechanism just stoped working which was very strange but I will have to transfer the contents to something else. I do believe that it did work slightly for pain relief and calmness. I wonder if I can just put this in my bath? Might be a more effective way to use it but I cannot find any info if it is ok

This is the first time we have tried magnesium oil. My wife's doctor recommended it for leg cramps. She applied it just before bedtime for several days and had not cramps each time. She missed putting it on last night and said she had some cramping, so it sure seems like it is effective. It goes on easy, with a consistency like that of water. Cost was very good, compared to the others i saw on Amazon. Arrived promptly, undamaged in it's shipment to Hawaii.

This is my second attempt at an honest review but for some reason amazon won’t approve the first one. I’m all around disgusted with this product. Firstly, it leaked all over the place while in the package even though it was sealed, which wasted half the product before I could even use it. That pissed me off. Secondly, it’s so oily on my skin it’s actually uncomfortable enough to make me MORE restless. (thanks for that 🙄) I couldn’t sleep until I washed it off. Thirdly, after a couple days went by and I wasn’t so angry at it anymore, I tried it again out of desperation because RLS ruins my life, and it did seem to make a slight difference for me enough to drift off. But it stained my sheets. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This crap makes your skin feel like you’re wearing a rubbery film. It grips the sheets when you sleep, it feels so gross. And for the LIFE of me, I can’t understand how it’s got such positive reviews. Maybe because all the bad reviews don’t get accepted. Idk. But if this review doesn’t get posted along with all the others, I’m going to contact amazon.

the package arrived undamaged. I ordered the product because of restless leg syndrome and the prescribed medication was not working, heard about the spray on you tube and decided to give it a try. I'm totally blown away at how great this worked. So happy with this product. I can actually fall asleep instead of being awake all night. I will say don't use it on the same spot every night it will cause some burning but I will gladly take the slight burning instead of the rls. will definatly order this again
