It worked for my 2009 BMW 3-series! Saved me from being gouged by the dealer
Unsoldering the old battery and soldering the new was relatively easy, even for someone as unskilled as I am, so 5 stars for the battery! The actual reprogramming of the key was a bit more challenging, because I found at least 3 different sets of instructions on how to do this. The good news is that one of those ets brought me success. Hurray for the interwebs!
