Three Snood Combo

On the first time wearing one of the snoods (the hunter green), the color bled terribly permanently staining/destroying the white shirt I was wearing at the time. I never even took the other 2 out of the package, not wanting to risk damaging any other clothing. When I attempted to return the defective items, Maya Beauty only refunded $3.60 of the $9.99 purchase price. I contacted Maya Beauty regarding this return and was given a stock reply stating multiple fees (restocking fee of 20%, amazon fee, and shipping fees) had been deducted from my refund even though their response also stated "Defective/Wrong/Damaged Products won't be charged this". I can understand fees being deducted if a return was simply a matter of a change of mind, but do not think that this is appropriate when the item is defective to the point where it damages personal property, especially when their stated policy indicates that such fees will not be charged in the case of “defective” items. I replied to Maya Beauty’s email restating my claim that the return was due to the fact that their product was defective. I received another apparently automatic reply stating "Thank you for taking time to write to us. This message is being sent to you so you can be informed that a Maya Beauty Customer Specialist HAS received your message & looking into your inquiry right now. Once as many details & facts can be accounted for, we will be messaging you back very shortly with a response for you and we can take the next best step." It has now been 2 weeks without further communication or response of any kind from Maya Beauty. This lack of follow through regarding customer service is totally unacceptable. I will personally not be doing any further business with Maya Beauty and urge other shoppers to be careful if they do choose to purchase this snood combo so as not to damage /permanently stain their clothing.

I love these! They are a bit loose about the head, so you will need to purchase a pair or two of combs to keep the snood in place. Overall, would buy again.

I have mine for almost 6 months now. I wear them two to three times a week. They keep my hair in place and stay where I put them. They can be worn in multiple positions on the head. I mostly wear the front of mine where you would place a headband or tiara. I almost always use bobby pins I have hair that comes the middle of my back and it is thick and heavy so the bobby pins simply help keep it in place while I am active. The elastic will work without pins but if you will be active (exercising, heavy cleaning, etc) I recommend pins for extra support. I plan on purchasing another set soon.

I really like what the snoods do for my hair around the house, i.e. keep it out of my food (LOL), eyes and generally is more comfortable and not into everything. I have not tried them on the outside world yet since I am new to them and just getting used to the look. Great to sleep in, too.

They arrived quickly, and they are in great shape, AND they look very good... one of mine, the gray one I recieved, was perfectly sized, fit my huge head of hair and had the look I wanted. The other two were a bit smaller... they are not the ideal size for me.. it's hard to get them to stay on, and they're hard to put on. Other than that, I like them. I can still wear them, so it's not that bad for me, and they're gorgeous. That's why they get 4 stars.

I love my snoods! For those of you who complained about shoddy workmanship or that it fell apart, well, I don't know what you're doing to these snoods, but they're exactly - no, BETTER - than what I thought they would be. As a matter of fact, I was surprised at now silky they feel and I was very glad the elastic opening had enough give to make it easy to put on, but was snug enough to stay where it's supposed to. I have very long, very silky hair. It is hard to find hair accessories that don't just slip right off regardless of pinning and these are great! Buying more colors!!

These are much much smaller than my old ones, but otherwise are identical, so I would expect them to stand up fairly well to wear and tear. I can stuff my mid length hair into them, but instead of hanging down in the back to give that proper vintage look for costumes, it holds my hair all the way up to my ears, more like wearing a shower cap.

They have a perfect texture and vibrant color. They are exactly what I was looking for. I did think I was getting 3 red ones but I actually received a red one, a blue one and a white one which is fine. ❤️😊
