I love this pan! It cooks omelets fluffy like Waffle House! ❤️❤️❤️

Just the right size for frying eggs, after curing and cooking at the correct temperature, no issues with eggs sticking.

I think the pan is a quality pan except for the fact it is handle heavy. It will tip toward the handle if you’re not careful.

There are many good seasoning videos on the internet for this. I seasoned mine six or seven times. Now I can toss in a bit of clarifying butter and scrambling egg just like the chef at Waffle House!

I was looking for a restaurant quality basic pan that gets the job done. After much research I chose a couple of these Vollrath 10" pans. They have a nice flat bottom so they will work great with either electric or gas ranges. They are well made. The handle is very solidly attached with rivets, no play at all. The pans go from stove top to the oven with ease. The silicone handle is on spot allowing you to grab it at any time without burning you.Overall I would purchase these again anytime. I ended up spending a LOT less than I was planning. Recommended!

I only use silicone spatulas and don't scrub my pan super hard, but the sealant was scratched up within days. I'm worried that bits of whatever is being scratched is leaving fragments of itself in my food.The handle attachment is necessary, but the weight tips the pan over. My roommate and I have both been burned. If I were allowed to return used goods this would've been in the mail ASAP.
