I’ve been using this inside of my faja after lipo 360 and it makes the faja much more comfortable and increases compression. It also helps ease the pain I feel when laying down. It was difficult putting the foam in my faja the first time but after I got it right it worked great. Using all 3 foams in my faja at night makes sleeping much more comfortable. Oh and I washed the foams in my regular wash and they were fine. I didn’t put them in the dryer so I don’t know how they hold up with that. I had one major issue though. After about 2 and a half weeks, the foams became very yellow (even without consistent use). They still worked fine but the yellowing was off putting.

I researched before making this purchase. First off, I like that it is made in the USA. I had a tummy tuck on Thursday and the piece the hospital gave me had dried blood all over it. I took my first shower yesterday and my husband helped wrap me. We used two pieces then put the compression garment over the foam. It’s not itchy or uncomfortable. I just wish it came as a 4 pack since 8 1/2 x 11 is not that big so we used two of them. It’s the perfect width though. I just ordered two more bags to have six foam sheets on hand. I’ll be needing to do this for at least 6 weeks. I highly recommend this product. Delivery was quick.

Recently had bra/back fat lift and liposuction to the flanks/hips... those areas that seem impossible to lose. Finally decided to have that scar. The scar/incision didn’t hurt at all. The back skin is still numbe and tingling after 3weeks. What is the struggle is the liposuction areas and where the seams are from my garments. I also noticed that the original garment from the hospital made “lumps” next to the holes from the cannula- so that was the first reason I got the foam. To flatten my flank/hip area. With ease you’re able to cut one of the pads. Flanks are looking great. Next the sides... where the seams are... remember your skin was just cut, pulled and then sucked. You’re very very tender. So I cut some more of the foam for the sides. And covered the incision where my pump was with clean gauze to go between my skin to foam. This foam is amazing and so glad I was able learn about it. Especially for after liposuction care. Why the 4 stars then? It gets hot. You sweat and that worries me for the hygiene. Bought a huge roll of gauze to put on my skin now. The hygiene after surgery is everything. Should be 4.5 stars because it saved my liposuction areas and where the side seams met. Purchase more than one package as you’ll be in compression garments for while. I’m get a smaller one delivered today. Excited to start “training” my flanks/waist in that. The foam will still be used. The results are very noticeable now, but give it a month or two more and then all the pain/discomfort is well worth it. Buy two or more...

It help me sleep after my surgery

I got abdominal lipo at the worst time possible - 5 days before the coronavirus outbreak in NY. Everything was functioning normally until a few days later so my one week follow up was canceled as the clinic had closed (which I completely agreed with). I followed my doctors instructions and religiously wore my compression garment but I started seeing really bad lumps and bumps two weeks into my recovery. The recommendation was to get lymphatic drainage massage but unsurprisingly, all those were closed. So out of desperation, I ordered these foam pads thinking maybe it would help. Well, IT DID! Within 3-5 days, I saw a HUGE difference in the lumps and bumps and a week later, they’re basically gone. They’re not uncomfortable at all and yes, they do get yellow after long time use but I’m telling you THIS is what you need for a flat belly after lipo. Forget everything else, THIS is what you need!

I purchase these pads to replace my others I've been using since my liposuction. In comparison, these are thinner although they say that they are the same and they are way to soft and not giving me any compression. I purchased the wrong ones but I opened them and put them on so I guess I'm stuck.
