Love this curling iron!
Just what I needed! Heats up fast and works well. Glad that the heating element is not as long as my last one. It is comfortable to use quickly.

Perfect!
This has been the best curling iron I’ve ever owned. The curls stay in even through a second day. Multiple heat settings and I use the middle one so I’m not burning my hair and the curls stay!!! I LOVE IT!

Good curling iron
Needed a new curling iron. Upon reading reviews I bought the Chi. Its a great curling iron. I gave it 4 vice 5 stars as its too easy to burn yourself. Wish it had a guard so your hand wouldn't slip up and get burnt. I've gotten used to it now and no longer burn myself, but my old iron had a guard and didn't realize how much I took that for granted until I didn't have it. Iron heats quickly and gives you beautiful curls.

Easy to use!
This is my first ceramic curling iron and I love it! So easy to roll my hair! It heats up fast and if I accidentally leave it on, it automatically shuts off in an hour. Very important!

Sticks
I purchased this in November 2024 and it is already starting to break down. It is very sticky at the hinges and can struggle to grip tightly. I think it should be expected to last more than 1 year.
