What I was looking for

UPDATE 10/21/2020:Ring Support contacted me and corrected this problem. They listened to my concerns and sent me a replacement pack of stickers. They also reviewed my recorded customer support calls to help train their team moving forward. They were friendly, helpful, quick to send the product, and even followed up with me to make sure I received the replacement product. All of my concerns have been addressed and I have changed my rating to represent the product (the stickers are great). You can find my initial experience below.Original review:I ordered this (sold by Amazon.com) and received 1 of the advertised 4 stickers. It has a upc stuck to the back that says "Ring Window Security Stickers Pack." I thought a quick request to Amazon would result in my other 3 stickers being sent. But, Amazon only gives me the option to contact the manufacturer (Ring) for missing or broken parts (and lists Ring's phone number and support website). So I called Ring.I got lost in Ring's labyrinth of recordings on my first call (5 minutes). I never spoke to a person and hung up.On my second call I was able to navigate the labyrinth and got to speak to a customer service rep. Before discussing my issue I had to verify my Ring account and discuss the Ring products I own. When I was finally able to state my problem (missing 3 stickers) the rep got incredibly confused. He kept asking why I wanted 3 free stickers and telling me that Ring is owned by Amazon, but I need to contact Amazon because I bought from them. I explained that Amazon sent me to Ring (assuming this would be protocol for Ring customer service reps...since it is listed on Amazon's cite). After multiple attempts to explain I do not want 3 free stickers, I want the 3 stickers I paid for but did not receive he put me on hold to see if they could send 3 free stickers (he also told me that the best option is for me to buy another 4 pack of stickers). When he returned he told me there was nothing Ring can do and I need to contact Amazon (20 minutes).I then contacted Amazon. Amazon told me to contact Ring.Then I tried contacting Ring through their chat function. I had to verify my account, then (AFTER verifying my account) they wanted me to find the ID numbers of specific Ring products that I own. Remember, I ordered from Amazon (which I told them) so it makes no sense why they even need my Ring account. I disconnected the chat after 15 minutes.In sum, I paid for a 4 pack of window stickers and received 1 sticker. I spent over an hour trying to get my 3 missing stickers and never came close. I have now given up because it was $5 and not worth losing another hour to be told to call the other company. Horrible customer support from Amazon and Ring.

Exactly what it said it was. Order the set and keep the extras for spares when the sun fades the others. Recommended.

I recently purchased the Ring Window Security Stickers and I'm really happy with them. They're easy to apply and make my windows look great, while also providing an extra layer of security. I feel much safer knowing that my windows are more secure thanks to these stickers. They're also very durable and haven't shown any signs of wear after several weeks of use.

Posted these on out visible window corners and feel extra safe in our city house!
