tastes great, but I now have concerns about high levels of coumarin :(
UPDATE: I was familiar with cassia cinnamon and Ceylon (aka True) cinnamon, but not Vietnamese cinnamon, so I did some reading and learned two things:1) Vietnamese (aka Saigon) cinnamon "contains the highest amount of coumarin of all the four Cinnamomum species sold as cinnamon... Coumarin is moderately toxic to the liver and kidneys, and minor neurological dysfunction was found in children exposed to coumarin during pregnancy."2) I know that I'm not eating this cinnamon, so I think the coumarin risk is lower (than if I was to eat it), however, I'm seeing mixed information: Coumarin *is* soluble in water and coumarin *is not* soluble in water, so I'm not sure which is true.I ordered *Ceylon* cinnamon chips from another merchant and -- at a minimum -- plan to alternate between that cinnamon and this cinnamon when I brew my tea in an effort to reduce my exposure to coumarin.I've adjusted my original review to a middle-of-the-road one since I'm not really sure if this stuff is safe for tea or not. If anyone (including the merchant) has a reputable source to point to either way, please post it so that we all benefit from it. Thank you!===Wow! I'm a sucker for cinnamon and somewhere, somehow, I learned about cinnamon tea. Based on some of the reviews I read of this version, I developed a pessimistic expectation of such tea, imagining it to be just a bag of cinnamon powder and that the tea would be unpalatable.Today, I made my first cup, pouring nearly boiling water atop 1 tsp of this cinnamon tea in a fine-mesh strainer cup. I let it steep for the recommended 3 minutes (which seemed short to me, but I figured I'd start with their recommendation and adjust down the road), removed the strainer cup, let the tea cool and it was terrific and while there was definitely some, uh, cinnamon silt that had made it through the strainer, I'm unconcerned.Given my affinity for cinnamon, I may experiment with a longer steep time and/or a larger scoop of tea, but even as-is, I love it and would buy it again. To that end, when I came here to write this review, I see that it's not available! Argh! I'm hoping that is a temporary supply issue which will be rectified when I run out. But even if not, there are many other herbals out there which I'm sure I'll enjoy, but I will remember this one!

Unbelievably Wonderful!
I am NOT a tea drinker. But sometimes, I just want something hot to drink that is not coffee and not sugary or milky. I must have tried 100+ teas over the years and there are so few that grab my attention. I gave this product a try and wow...I am absolutely hooked. That is until I returned here to purchase it again and it's "unavailable." I am now on the search to find a similar product and getting no where. Worldwide Botanicals Organic Cinnamon tea is not powdery, it's granulated and very easy to steep (or put into a tea diffuser/ball). When I opened the package, the aroma was out of this world! And others were not joking when they commented that this tastes like red hot cinnamon candies (or fireballs). It's spicy/sweet and packed with flavor! This was the perfect, warm, comforting, soothing evening beverage for me. I adore it and I need more! Please restock soon.

Ok
Does not taste very much like cinnamon and the aroma is slight its like the cinnamon was processed and mostly removed then ground into a fine powder and bagged up and sold to me. It is ground so fine it falls through all my strainers. Got it to mix with other teas. Very Disappointing...

Excellent taste
I use the tea as the base for chia tea.

The best tea ever!
I like drinking tea every day, but don’t want the caffeine and want more flavor than many herbals offer. This tea is perfect! I love everything about it - the taste of cinnamon, the health benefits of cinnamon, the fact that it’s organic, and the natural sweetness of the tea. I just purchased my 3rd bag. This has become a morning ritual I look forward to.

great flavor, environmentally friendly packaging.
I developed a big habit for an apple cinnamon tea that I was purchasing at the grocery store, but I wanted to find a cheaper, more environmentally friendly version. A pound of tea goes a long way, so I was concerned I'd be stuck with too much of a tea that didn't taste good. Not so; This one tastes and smells FABULOUS! It also contains very little plastic packaging, which is important to me. Perfect as a fall flavor.

Worldwide Botanicals Organic Cinnamon Tea - tea cut for infusions
I ordered 2 extra of this organic Vietnamese Cinnamon Tea on June 21 to making sure I was not run out since the item show back on the amazon’s website recently. I also ordered exactly the same label (organic Vietnamese cinnamon - tea cut for infusions) as pic show on the website on December 2021. So I pulled all 3 of them out over the weekend and tried to open one of the bag but realized they sent me a wrong bag (organic Vietnamese cinnamon powder) see picture instead of what I ordered --- this one was ordered in December 2021. The other 2 bags ordered in June was wrong also. They sent me the 2 bags of (organic sweet cinnamon tea) see the pics - the cinnamon tea inside was ground down more close to powder like. The original one was granulated and very easy to steep or put into a tea diffuser. I definitely don’t care for the new ground down more to powder like tea at all. The last time I ordered this organic Vietnamese cinnamon tea and received it correctly was on September 2021. You should not use exactly the same label on the bag if you change the organic Vietnamese cinnamon tea texture inside the bag!!

WOW, had no idea cinnamon was naturally sweet
I had no idea this is what cinnamon tastes like. Flavor is sweet by itself. Great find. So glad I got this instead of sticks and trying to grind it myself.
