Beautiful, rich and full of flavour sauce
Flying Goose is mny favourite brand for this - be warned though, the mayo blend has a bigger bite than their 'normal' Sriracha sauce!

This is EXTRA SPICY version
I bought this by accident in a local shop. 34% chilli, compared to 20% chilli in the regular one. Far too hot for me but others might like it. You have been warned.
