Pricey but has high density compared to cheaper ones
I ordered several of these types of bars to see which is best and this one has the most density, I don’t honestly didn’t think I would keep it but trigger point knows what they are doing… Sad it’s just pricey

This is better than a tennis ball, it really gets to spots better
Used this for my right hip & lower back my chiropractor suggested using it. It takes some getting use to it but it really helped to loosen up my tense muscles to help the healing process

Cheap, hard plastic
I love Triggerpoint’s foam roller and was hoping this was the same quality but it’s not. It’s cheap plastic and really ineffective on loosening knots. It’s more irritating than therapeutic.
