I've recently started making online videos so I've been gathering some tools to make it easier and look better. This is my new favorite toy! I can get nice, smooth shots, even when I'm running. I bought this one because it's competitive price spectrum,It comes already assembled, you just turn on your Bluetooth and balance it. I played with it for a couple hours after I got it, it takes some practice to get used to how it moves, but it's fun to play with so it wasn't frustrating to learn. The buttons are all smooth and quiet, so is the motor so you don't hear it working in the background. It moves so smooth and you can bounce around quite a bit while maintaining a steady shot. It's a really cool tool for the price, it makes a significant difference.I would suggest to go for it..!!

I will not suggest this product, just received it today, and it is not working properly with my device Mi Note 7 pro, at starting it is shaking.Bluetooth connects and disconnect frequently, and application is very poor in terms of functions and compatibility,not all functions are working, if you are recording only video than only it will work fine other wise it will just act weird.PAN mode also works 1 time out of 3, means you have to try it multiple time than only you will get one shot, most of the times it gets stuck on one or the other photo while shooting in PAN mode, and you have to stop it and start again.I will suggest better go for DJI or some other good brand , don't go with the price of this product, it is cheaper than other, but how you will use it if it does not work properly.

Good product

The gimbal came in on time and was very easy to use. But as a beginner I made mistakes (like switching it on without mounting a phone and others). The quality deteriorated and finally it starting acting up (like being unable to balance or find the centre) and it even started heating up. I now only use it for taking panoramic pictures.I'm writing this after 4 years of usage. I can say that the product could have been made more sturdy and durable but the price point is low enough to use it as a learning gimbal. I've graduated that stage and hence I'll look for a better one.

It is a great 3 axis gimbal, best feature is that it works both with mobile and GoPro, yes, without any accessories.Capture2 app offers increased functionality for mobile.You can attach GOPro and use voice commands for recording. It gives a smooth cinematic videos.There was no tripod accessory in the box, as most videos showed it was inside box.Tutorials could have been provided though. For newbie, it can take a while to figure out its working.Another point is: it’s not as compact as it is shown in the product description. And it’s certainly not pocketable, as not foldable.

I had high hopes for this product.. Especially after seeing the reviews from independent vloggers.The initial product that came in was totally unstable.. Returned it within a week for a new one.. The next one worked well for a few weeks... Got some good footage.. however post some weeks.. it started tilting towards the left even after calibration.. & reinstalling the software.. it stays off horizontal and then tilts after a few mins.I’ve tried reaching out to Xmate support.. received a ticket reference.. & nothing beyond that. & to think of it.. it is still under warranty & no response from them.The software on IOS capture 2 is a bit cumbersome and keeps disconnecting.Even when I could use the gimbal.. I preferred to use it with the standard iOS camera software..I personally think the Dji though may be a bit expensive would be a much better buy.So in summary.. I am a disappointed ..

There is a major fault in the product. The battery does not hold charge, when it is connected to a power supply it says it’s full but as soon as it is disconnected from power it become empty.I have tried many times to contact the customer service number that came with the product (04067138844) but no one answered.I requested to replace the item. let's wait and see their service

This Product is very great and helpful, i just got this and i'm already loving it.. This is by far the best Gimbal i've ever used and the pricing is also great, its value for money, and very easy to use, i recommend this to everyone..
