Q: What is the best way to store these after opening?

The best way to store them is to put a few at a time in a sandwich bag with some of the juice and then freeze them. So like 2 or 3 at a time with enough juice to cover them. That way you can thaw them out as you go. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you grill these? If 30 come in a can how can I keep them fresh if I am only eating a few at a time?

Since the 96 oz. can does have 30 Big Franks you can freeze the unused quantity in a freezer safe container or zip lock bag until you are ready to use them.
