A nice flexible office chair
This chair is well built, attractive and comfortable. The instructions for building it were not terrific, but got the job done. The instructions on how to use the controls were confusing - the pictures on the Amazon product page were much easier to understand. There were two very small, but stretchable white gloves in the box, which I initially ignored. When I realized there was a light coating of oil on all the assembly parts, I pulled on the gloves. They more or less fit, but at least I didn't get grease all over my work clothes. Assembly did go quickly. I wish the Allen Wrench that came with it was a bit longer but it did what it needed to do.I replaced my ratty old fake leather chair with this one and so far I'm happy. The mesh fabric looks good and will hopefully keep me cooler in the summer. Many of my office colleagues have stopped by to check out the chair and they all complimented me on the looks. The seat could be a tad softer, but the bolster for the lower back is comfortable and the way the arm rests adjust is great. The recliner goes back pretty far, but I don't feel like I'm going to tip over.A good value for the money, this chair really looks good and feels great!

Fails to live up to ergonomic advertisement
I bought this chair hoping that it lived up to its professed ergonomic design that ensures comfort over prolonged use, and it has not. I'm 5'11, and on average I use this chair for 2-5 hours at a time. Previously I had bought the Amazon basics ~$50 chair with no arms, and I found that to be a much more comfortable experience even with a worn-down seat cushion after just three months of use. I was hoping for this product to be a decent alternative to a Herman Miller chair in terms of comfort, but it has provided an unpleasant sitting experience from day one.Pros:+Sturdy construction; high-grade materials make this a durable product+Soft arms; I can game for hours with no elbow/forearm painCons:-Uncomfortable seat; the design and net-material of the seat make my legs go numb after about an hour of use-Awkward lower lumber and headrest; these components do not complement each other whatsoever, as youwould have to arch your back at an incredibly uncomfortable angle to rest your head on the headrest-Frustrating tilt control; I find myself pulling the tilt lever multiple times attempting to lean the chair back, veryfinicky

Great Choice for an Office Chair
This chair is a terrific choice for a home office. We've got a variety of office chairs, mostly we were trying to find something that would work well for each family member as far as back support and being comfortable. This particular chair worked out well for me. Comfortable, functional, and good back support. Breathable mesh, it feels nice to sit in. It wasn't difficult to put together, at least no more than any other office chair. I've already gotten some compliments on the design and color, it really pops in a room that is generally monotone. I wasn't familiar with the Xuer brand before, but now I see why their products get so many positive reviews. Definitely a good investment if you need a quality chair for the workplace, home office, or dorm room.

NOT THAT ADJUSTABLE
I am sad to find out that I can't adjust its seat height!! (I suppose that all the office chairs are height adjustable.)Me, A lady of 5 feet 5 inch high, this chair is a little to high for me. Overall quality is Good.Headrest is too much forward, but it can not be removed once installed in.Material: Mesh over the surface; Cold for winner but would be cool for summer use.

Fairly comfortable but the armrest came broken and is unfixable
The chair is fairly comfortable, but not comfortable enough to warrant that price. I don't think it is built for shorter people. It wasn't super easy to assemble, it wasn't hard, just not easy. I took the top neck thing off. I am too short so it just pushed my head forward. One of my arms arrived in two pieces and we cannot get arm rest down in the vertical connector, so I currently have a chair with only one arm. I will probably put it at one of my kid's desks just because I want the arms and I don't think it is that comfortable.
