I just received my pine branches today. I purchased 4 sets, so a total of 16 branches. I am VERY unhappy with them. First of all, the description and pictures are falsely represented. The picture of branches and measurement shows mostly branches and pine needles taking up much of the 38cm (~15") length. This is not the case at all...the stem without needles is 7" so part with needles is 8". I was expecting them to be like the 1st and 2nd pictures showing most of the full length with pine needles. AND, by no means is the width 28cm (11"), it's only about 7" if I can even bend branches out which leads me to my next complaint. When trying to carefully spread out the branches, the first few of them broke apart so I stopped. I'm not talking about the needles pulling out (which a few easily did that too), I'm saying the whole branch broke when barely spreading out to try and get the 28cm width. By no means is the fullness of these like the pictures show. I would like my full refund of $43.96. These clearly are not what the pictures show and the comment of being "QUALITY MATERIAL, sturdy and durable" is completely false. I selected 'Item not as described on Amazon' when asked what went wrong; but, would have liked to have selected 'Damaged or defective' as well but only one selection could be made. Don't waste your money on these!

I wanted them to decorate my in-laws grave. They worked perfect and will be good all winter,,,
