Good Replacement
If you need a flush valve gasket for a 60 year old toilet this thing works well. I would rather buy a $5 gasket every 9 months on Amazon than have to purchase a new $200 "low-flow" imitation toilet just to get a more widely available flapper valve every year or two.

Works for the most part, BUT…
Form, fit and function. Had to use all purpose grease (marine, auto, etc, etc, etc…), in order to get seal to seal correctly, grease and spin on, spin/rotate to get a proper seal on the tube. Also added (pic), a weight/washer…..NOW it’s working like a champ.
