Best addition to my vehicle! Works great, I did add the additional wireless adapter to make the hookup seamless. I use the adroid auto feature, I don't have to do anything, it does it all. It sounds great!!!

Feature packed, easy to use, great visibility, and great sound improvement over stock head even with the stock speakers and NO OTHER changes. 100% would recommend. The new, larger unit has the same high-output amp, that can drive a sub without in-line amplifier too, but this one fits the dash of my 2014 Subaru WRX perfectly, and at the price point, it can't be beat. Run, don't walk to this seller, they shipped on time, with safe, secure packaging. I'm happy, you will be too.

the very well quality which you expect from SONY. as easy as 1-2-3. just install it in your car and then you will be very happy about your decision.very very strong built-in Amplifier without any noise or anything else.i matched them with 2 pairs of alpine S series speakers. very satisfied. The next step will be installing an under seat subwoofer to complete the system. very solid quality. do not hesitate to buy this awesome head unit.

Installed on an 07 Toyota 4Runner. This unit sounds great but the screen is TERRIBLE. It's too dim during the day. At night it's too bright. The backup camera looks washed out and is practically worthless. I made sure the unit is updated with the current firmware. I've tried adjusting the screen brightness (with limited success as the features are lacking). The brightness is set on auto to adjust with my car's lights but it just underperforms. It's like an old OLED screen from the early 2000's. If I could take the screen from my old Boss unit and put it on this I'd be happy. At this point I feel burned for spending a premium on this product but the screen quality is so poor that I don't want to buy this brand again. I'm outside of my return window so I guess I'll sell it and get something different.

Nice radio still working well

I put one of these in my '20 Police model Electra Glide Harley. Right out of the box, with no extra amps, this thing has more bang for your buck than the Harley factory radio. So far I've only put 2 channels to use in my fairing and it bumps pretty good. There are a total of 4 channels, each 100 watts. The touch screen is ok, it won't respond if I'm wearing gloves. Honestly, that's not really a surprise. The blutooth function works great. I also like the use of Android carplay. It's handy having GPS when I'm going somewhere unfamiliar. I just wish I didn't have to plug in my phone to make it work. Overall, for the price, this thing is awesome

Sound, usage, functionality are exactly as expected. But the screen is really bad - it can hardly be seen in a sunny day and with direct sun - it is totally worthless.....

First they delivered the wrong unit, but I reached out to them and they hurried up and sent out the correct unit, so there service was really good and I sent the wrong unit back. There headline should state that you need to purchase the Harley installation kit if your using this on your bike because you will not be able to install it without it. Installed the unit myself, instructions was ok for someone that has installed stereos but if this is your first time, hopefully you can find videos. because it is a pain to understand the installation since it is setup more for autos.

Huge improvement over the stock stereo in our F150 and far better sound than the lesser head units. Crank up the volume and the power is evident. Very simple to install and operate, I'm very pleased with this and so far I feel it was worth every penny. That said I do have three complaints which I found very annoying. They're easily overcome however so I will explain here in case it helps someone else. 1) The screws Sony included were too short to use. So with my dash torn apart I had to source longer screws. My fault I know as I should have checked this prior to beginning the install, so hopefully you don't make the same mistake. 2) The USB connections are wires on the back of the head unit which you need to route. I don't mind this in the least except that they're each only a few inches long and Sony only includes 1 extension cable, therefore the second USB isn't usable. I do have other USB charging connections in the truck so I didn't mind only having one connected until... 3) Some features did not work correctly when I powered it up. No problem, I read about this on-line prior to ordering it and understood it would likely need a firmware update. Not a big deal, I downloaded the update to a USB stick, connected it, but part-way through the update the stereo said to remove the USB from port 1 and install it in Port 2 to continue the update. Ummm, I can't access port 2 as Sony doesn't include the wire. Now part-way through the update the stereo isn't operational! So I had to tear the dash all apart to access port 2 on the back of the stereo to complete the firmware update. While it was apart I bought a second USB connection and installed it for future use. So to summarize, ensure your screws are long enough and purchase a second USB extension prior to installation. So far still worth the money, simple to use and I really like Android Auto. It sure updated our old truck.

Product is decent. The reason why I gave the low rating is this deck is last years model and I just found the exact same model at a local audio shop for $599. I always thought it was cheaper to shop online, but not in this case.
