Voucher originall had $1 on it, but IMAGE3D updated my code within 2 hours
Love this item so much! It seems that the vouchers that are included don't always have the correct amount on it at first - when trying to submit my order on the website for my free reel, my gift card/voucher included in the box only took off $1 and the cost of the reel is $16. I checked the company's FAQ page and it seems like this is very normal since they have a whole process for getting the value updated. Thankfully, they responded to my help request within 2 hours so I was able to place my order the same day! really awesome service and the product is so cool and nostalgic! Just like the picture
