Easy, less mess, not always quick to dry
Super easy to carry around and use with less mess. Only critique is if using it in the middle of a workout you may have to pause to allow it to dry.

Some gyms don't allow chalk so this is perfect! You can bring it in and spray your hands and nobody cares. Works great and no mess AT ALL!

Awesome! The product is not oily on skin and it’s easily applied on hands leaving no scent or residue of any sort. You don’t even need to wear weightlifting gloves bc you get the grip you need with this product.

Cap fell off at gym and now it’s an 18 dollar paper weight. Thought it had promise but probably not worth the money

Good if you want to spray the air around you
Even spraying it right in front of my hand causes almost all of it to just pollute the air around me. Almost nothing on my hands. It's pretty much useless except to probably get you thrown out of your gym!
