Having trouble figuring out sizes. my son is 11, 55 in tall wt approx 90 lb. Thoughts?

The sizing is by waist size. Your best fit will be measuring his waist and ordering the nearest size. My 11 yr old is 85 lbs and very lean and wears a 28.

Does this item have a jock suport sewn in? Tried others that don't, and it looks like a camel toe.

No I can’t say I’ve ever seen a men’s swim suit with jock support sewn in.
