No lie. These pancakes are so good! And I don't feel like I ate a baseball of wet dough. Light, fluffy, easy to make and so delicious

If you need gluten free options, you need Pamelas pancake mix. It is great!! Also makes a good biscuit. I've used this for years now and wouldn't be without it. Everyone likes these, not just those who need to be gluten free.

I have been using this baking mix for over 10 years and I just love it. Everything always turns out just perfect. I usually order three at a time and keep them in the cupboard and then re-order when I’m almost out of the last one.! it’s terrible when I go to the cupboard and there’s none in there and I want to make waffles!

My family likes these pancakes better than regular gluten products. We use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, which gives them a really nice flavor while taking healthy to the next level. You can also mix them with protein powder and make protein waffles. I’ve tried all the other healthy pancake products and this is the only one I found that rivals traditional pancake mix and wins!

This is a wonderful product to cook with. Makes excellent pancakes. Even my roommate who is not celiac likes them a lot. It is very expensive however.

We were given this mix from a friend who travels to America and always buys a pack when he's there. So glad we don't have to wait for one of his trips to stock up now you can order through Amazon UK. You do have to pay import tax but I think it's worth it. Easy to make and tastes amazing. These pancakes are a family favourite.
