There’s a couple odd bits of the base that stick through but it’s still good value considering how expensive rugs this size run. It’s starting to flatten out after a couple days (it arrived very quickly) and the colour is perfect. I haven’t fluffed it up as it says on the package cause both the hoover and rubber broom need washing, I’ll get round to it. It’s prob a lot fluffier if you do that.

Okay this is not the thickest rug but it’s lovely and soft and feels luxurious. Creases came out easy so you don’t need to worry about that. Overall brilliant value for money

I have had this rug for well over a year now so it's given me time to live with it. I like the duck egg blue colour, it's very pretty but quality wise it is not great. It is nowhere near as thick as it is in the photos. It's thin and threadbare looking. I've nearly replaced it a few times as it just looks cheap and doesn't wear well. After the Christmas tree was pulled over twice by the dog it will be teplaced as it smells horrible when wet and the smell lingers. It really was not a good buy.

Arrived today not too crumpled, gave it a quick vacuum came up lovely. Really pleased. No bald areas, lovely colour.

Rug was delivered tightly rolled and vacuum wrapped in plastic, then folded tightly in half and further plastic wrapped, so far I've tried flattening it out as best I can, but the crease is still visible down the middle.The quality of the rug in general isnt as good as described, feels thin under your feet and you can see the white base between the top strands.Also it's supposed to be non slip but it isnt! Might as well have gone to a carpet shop, as that's all this is, a patch of carpet palmed off as a quality rug!
