Good tech support

I purchased this after having a POS that was more expensive 5 years prior. The difference in quality is so disappointing. The set-up was terrible. It is advertised as a plug and play, but most of the drivers had to be reinstalled. I spent many hours and days on the phone with support trying to get it working properly. It works maybe 50% of the time. The advantage of a POS is to handle customer orders quickly and to have activity reports, daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Record keeping should be as easy as printing a report, unfortunately when your POS doesn't operate consistently the reports are useless. I will need to purchase a new system before my busy season begins. I will make sure to read reviews and be sure that there is a money back guarantee because this machine was a big waste of my hard earned money.
