Good stuff for the pups
I had bought this as a good idea, but I didn't start using it until my beagle got into some food he shouldn't have. After he ate that, I gave him some of the probiotics and gave him some daily since. Not only did he get over being sick faster, I felt like his normal droppings became more solid and healthier looking. Plus Chaz thought the box they came in from Amazon was great! :-DWhat's great about these over other probiotics I've tried is that they actually smell good to start with. You don't need to doctor them up to get a dog to eat them. And if they meet the beagle seal of approval, pretty much any dog will do well with them! After my positive experience with my beagle, I started feeding them to my other dog as well. For the size of the container, you're going to get a lot of use out of it (even with me having to give one scoop to each dog each day). While my other dog doesn't have stomach issues as much, it seemed like she is having really good digestive days as well.If you're really thinking about this powder, I'd go for it!

Great Way to Get 'Em the Good Stuff
I decided to start supplementing my dog's diet with probiotics, digestive enzymes and prebiotics to help him stay itch-free. He had an allergenic itching problem mostly due to his heartworm treatment, but then made worse by his diet. The wholistic vet did a great job helping me disentangle his issues, but now that he's doing better I wanted to get these things into his diet to keep him well. This product is great because I don't have to buy 3 separate things to include, they're all in there. A simple dose on his food and I know he's got additional nutrients he needs to stay healthy. It's a great price too. So far so good!

Works best with wet food
My dog has a sensitive stomach and has to have a probiotic daily. I like that this product has other ingredients that help support my dogs health. My dog is very picky and the only reason I give it for stars is because I have to prepare her food a certain way in order for her to eat this. If the powder is on top of her food she won't eat it because shes not a fan of cinnamon. It takes me another 30 seconds to stir her food (shes on a prescription pate) so that the powder is thoroughly mixed in. I imagine if a dog is picky and eats kibble they may not like this. The bacteria activates when wet so it's best to use this with a wetter food or add bone broth to dry kibble so the probiotic can be mixed. I will also say that one container will last a very long time if you have a small dog like me. My Abby is 10lbs and gets about a half a scoop per day. I've been using this product for almost one year and have almost finished it.

(Rating change from 5 stars to 1 star!) I don't usually do reviews, but ...
I'll leave my initial review below but I'm lowering it from 5 stars down to 1! This company, with ZERO notification to their customers, basically halved the active ingredients, increased the inactive ingredients, and doubled the "dosage" but kept the price the same! There's no way around this being purely about greed, in my opinion; doing it on the down low (even their listing on Amazon has the "old" directions for feeding) just solidifies that for me.To me, if they cared about their customers and their beloved pets, they wouldn't have engaged in this shiftiness. Needless to say, I'm cancelling my subscription and finding something else for my dog. It's too bad because they had a really good product.************************************************************************************************************************... this stuff has been awesome for my Great Dane, Riley (the irony!)! She has a bit of a sensitive stomach with bouts of diarrhea fairly often (no fun with any dog, but ESPECIALLY one who's 165 pounds!). Nothing else changed with her diet except for the addition of this product and her days of intestinal upset have been decreased by at least 80%! While it smells good to me (seriously, like it should be added to a cake or cookies), I didn't think it would be appetizing to her but I was wrong: she loves it! Give it a try!

Probiotics
I normally give only probiotics to my dogs, but since my senior pup has stomach issues I decided to try this product which has everything in 1. I am a holistic animal wellness coach and liked the fact that it has naturally herbs included. It is working just fine for my little min pin, but not so well for my senior large breed dog. He has always had stomach issues and this product has made his stool loose again. He also experienced acid reflux 1 day shortly after taking this product. My normal brand has been out of stock for awhile so I decided to try Riley's. I had high hopes, but unfortunately this doesn't seem like to right product for me. I'm sure the product itself is great, but my senior has special digestive issues and finding the right thing for him can be difficult. Both dogs love the taste and gobble up their food when I use it so that's a plus. Like I said, it's just fine for my min pin, so I will continue to give it to him. Only giving it 3 stars because it did make their stool softer at first (continuing to make Milo's soft) and there also seems to be more frequent and larger amounts of poo compared to my usual product.

No Digestive Problems While Using This Product
My 9.5 year old, 140 lb Leonberger was diagnosed with megaesophagus in June. Symptoms include vomiting and diarrhea. I just finished a jar of Riley's Probiotics and during the entire time Bennie was consuming the jar of powder, one scoop per meal, 3 times daily, he did not have digestive upset of any kind. Considering his size, and that he is an indoor dog, this is a particularly high recommendation, as any regurgitation or diarrhea he suffers is a major problem...I've added Riley's to my Subscribe & Save list.

AWESOME
Love these probiotics! I mix them with some wet food and my dog doesn't even notice. Love being able go hide in the good stuff for them!

Doesn't work well if you dose correctly, try using more, gives dogs other issues.
Our dogs (miniature poodles) are prone to constipation. Tried this and if you use the suggested amount, it does nothing, if you use too much it gives them the runs. There are several other better probiotics on the market.
