Medelita Women’s Nursing Medical Scrubs Pants | Argon | Stretch, with 5 Pockets

I'm looking for polyester + spandex fabric scrubs (for the non-fade/non-wrinkle/"moves w/ your movement"/durability of polyester + spandex) and found this brand of scrubs. The fabric is very good; the 2 different styles of scrub tops offered by Medelita Element are great BUT the scrub pant's waist is a "no-go" for me. The waist band is elastic ONLY in the back w/ very long elastic adjustable ties sewn in at the side -SO- the back of the pant fits good (hugs the back without showing crack) BUT the front of the pant SAGS DOWN (and this is without anything in the pockets). In order to TRY to keep the front of the pants up, I had to secure the very long ties into a huge tight knot which resulted in issues: "alien" bulge under the cute scrub tops, frantically trying to un-tie the knot to use the bathroom & this elastic knot slowly loses its ability to hold the front of the pants requiring frequent re-tying. A smaller size would not be the answer. I had ordered a "Small" & Small fit very good in all other areas other than the waist. While I really liked this brand's very cute scrub tops, the scrub pants waist won't work out for me...SO SENDING BACK THE 2 STYLES OF SCRUB PANTS & 2 STYLES OF SCRUB TOPS.

I love these pants! They fit really well and look really cute, which is not typical of scrub bottoms. They’re so comfortable, they’re the only scrub bottoms I wear now.
