I use this brand of muscle milk every day to make a strawberry shake! Has no sugar and high in protein, I like the strawberry the best for reason where I live this flavor is not available so I order online. I have tried other brands much to me this one is the best keeps me going felling full where I mostly forget to eat lunch and don’t need much until supper time!

Another big time go to protein shake. The aluminum seal is a bit hard to remove but I can deal with that. I love this stuff.

Like the product the taste is a little funny but has no sugar in it but that’s why I bought it

So I am trying to increase my protein intake and I'm also lactose intolerant so that makes it extremely hard to find a protein shake that doesn't have milk and also has enough protein. This is perfect I've only found it in the flavor of strawberry but I love strawberries so that's good nice and cold shake it up real good and I can drink it for breakfast.
