We bought this from Amazon because it was less expensive than buying it at the pool store. It was very easy to install, and it has been working wonderfully. They usually need replaced every so many years and we will Definitely purchase it from Amazon again.

It’s only been in a week and so far it is working very well

I ordered this replacement thinking our salt cell was bad and that we needed a new one. As it turned out, our salt cell was fine but we had another issue that was causing it not to work. So we didn't need this one anymore. I thought I would have a difficult time sending it back but it was super simple and the seller didn't hassle us at all. Often that is not the case with large ticket items on Amazon. Really appreciate that more than you could imagine!

Very expensive but worked seamlessly to replace the same model and retain the electronic readings.

The $1000 product failed after 7 months. The seller & Pentair refused to honor the usual 2 year warranty, as it was bought online from Amazon and not a “bricks & mortar” store. Amazon supported the seller & Pentair’s policy. Life lesson: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FEOM AMAZON IF YOU EXPECT WARRANTY TO BE HONORED.

Easy to install. Suggest using Magic Lube on o rings.
