I just started the Libre glucose reader and checked my before and after eating results. I needed a supplement to the twice daily with meals meds. We want our results 2 hours after a meal to be less than 180. Sometimes mine was 211, 198, 187. With this product, my results 2 hours later are in the 150 - 160 range and 3 hours later, 103 - 118. IN addition my B12, D3, Magnesium are low and My Creatinine was a little out of range with my previous testing. My current testing all was within normal range. I had intended on purchasing the Diabetic supplement but saw there were to other supplements that I could benefit from. These actually work, are actually natural, are easy to swallow and don’t require a numerous amount of daily dosages. I’ve been looking for a one or two capsule a day and your done and this was it. It is a bit pricey for all three but worth it if you’re in a journey to replace pharmaceuticals with a natural supplement. Definitely a game changer for me and I’ll continue to use these together along with my healthy eating habits. Also, just read that these also are carried at CVS Pharmacy as well. EXCELLENT!
