Works well in a pizza oven and once seasoned it cleans up okay. I use it to cook steak in my pizza oven. As others have noted it is on the smaller size but for 1-2 persons it is fine for cooking a single dish. If you are trying to cook an entire meal like you do on a sheet pan you'll need a larger pan. The handle works great and is easy to use.

This is the perfect size for sizzling stuff on the center burner when there are other things cooking on the stovetop.

We have made very tasty veggies using this sizzler pan and putting it inside the Ooni Pizza Oven. From broccoli to Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper, they come out perfect. The heat is perfect to quickly carmelize the olive oil making the veggies sweet, with a crunch, yet are still moist on the inside. This is so much faster than baking them in a traditional oven and it is one less device to use on pizza night.

Just fits in my UUNI 3. Works great for making dinner for two people. Easy clean up fast cooking time. An using it with gas.

This is perfect to use in pizza oven for vegetables or meats. Love the handle to pull it out and the trivet for serving it.

I wish they would season with a higher temp nuetral oil - like maybe Avocado 🥑

También se le puede quitar el asa para que sea más fácil su guardado, pero es realmente pequeña y no sé qué utilidad podría tener para hacer comida, de ahí es quien le ponga tres estrellas y diga que no sé cómo valorarla. Me parece demasiado cara para lo que es

Ottimo prodotto, molto efficace per cotture di carni di pezzatura medio piccola da cuocere singolarmente. Facilmente maneggevole grazie al manico rimovibile (anch'esso in ghisa) e alla base in legno. Di facile pulitura e manutenzione, avendo cura di ungerla, una volta lavata con acqua, con un filo d'olio. Molto soddisfatto. Da consigliare.
