UrsaPharm Hylo-Forte Lubricating Eye Drops 10Ml - Pack of 2

I love these eye drops. They are soothing to my extremely dry eyes. The problem is that the container usually has some left in it that won't come out. Sometimes, quite a bit. As expensive as this is, I want to be able to use every last drop of this product. Especially since it is so helpful to my dry eye problem.

Have tried every brand of eye drops on local shelves also bought most brand drops in other countries. Suffer severe dry eyes from Sjogrens with numerous Dr visits for latest treatments and yet, these drops only ones which work for me. Wish local pharmacy would carry but think this is British company so maybe that’s why they don’t? Anyway, this product works great for me. Have been using approx last five years and it’s l pricey but worth the relief.

I have small hands and can barely get the pump to work. Also have carpel tunnel which make it hard to push and it is hard to aim. Hylaronic acid works well but will buy Hyla brand again from this time on.

After my ophthalmologist tried me on a prescription drop for dry eyes, he became dissatisfied with it. He also had dry eyes, so I think he used some of his own experiences when dealing with mine. Then he told me to buy some across the counter, but he still was not satisfied. He told me about these drops and recommended me buying one bottle. I used it for awhile and left them off until winter approached. I then went back to them and used the bottle up. I've had good success with this drop so I bought the double pack this time. You can put them in even when you have a contact on. The drops tend to cling to your eyes, so it takes a few minutes to clear up. Consistent use does help me with the dry eye condition.

Of the alternatives that we tried for Dry Eyes the Hylo Forte was definitely best.

I have dry eye syndrome, the kind where my years don't produce enough lipids. I've tried so many without relief but an optometrist recommended these and they work amazing.

If you suffer from EXTREME dry eyes I highly recommend this product. If Refresh drops are ineffective give this a try.

The plus is that the gel eye drops liquify quickly once it is delivered onto the eyes and provides immediate relied for dryness. However, the negative aspect is that the relief is not prolonged and at times I have to pump the applicator more that once which is frustrating at times. I won't ditch the Refresh drops just yet.

I bought a double pack as I have been doing from time to time to make sure I have some available if I run out. So far I have had no problems at all with any bottles I purchased. Except this time, I opened a bottle and used it at night to lubricate my eyes. The next morning I could not open my eyes easily due to lack of natural lubrication overnight. I thought perhaps I forgot to use the drops so I used it again and the same thing happened.So, the following night I used a drop from the old bottle I had been using in my right eye and a drop from the new bottle in my left eye. And, the next morning, I could not open the left eye as it had dried up whereas my right eye was fine.I think that little test is conclusive to me that there is something wrong with the product in this bottle.Unfortunately, the Amazon window for return is now closed.My dilemma is whether to open the second bottle of the pack and hope it works or buy a new bottle from another source anyway.

I've been using Hylo drops for years for my dry eyes and they are wonderful. Easy to store and dispense with a little practice! I'm very suspicions about this product. They simply do not lubricate and actually make my eyes worse. I've purchased from the pharmacist now and it's instant relief when I put them in so I know it's not my eyes getting worse but dodgy product! The temptation to save money is really not worth the risk of your eyes, and I will purchase them from a qualified pharmacist on the High Street in future as its the only guarantee.

This bottle has a different outlet design in that you have to push the bottom of the plastic bottle up to get a drop of liquid out, VERY difficult as opposed to the usual press the plastic bottle in the middle where you are holding it and a drop will be released....VERY POOR design as it makes it really difficult to get the drop of liquid into one's eye easily....would definitely NOT recommend.

I was diagnosed with dry eyes in 2017, and have used these drops ever since. It takes a while to getthn hang of using them if you've neer used eye drops before. I have a couple of other brands that I could use, but I prefer these. I use them about 4-7 times day, and they're now just a part of my normal routine. A pure product with no additives or preservatives. Suitable for more severe types of dry eye with it's 0.2% strength active ingredient of sodium hyaluronate.

I have exceptionally dry and sensitive eyes because of a medical condition, and these are the best eye drops I've used. They are easy to dispense, with one drop coming out at a time from the pump action container. I use them every day, several times a day and during the night, and they help me a huge amount. There are many eye drops I can't tolerate but haven't had any problem with these.
