CONSEWCES-300 Gravity Feed Iron

my old iron was on it's way out during a big work push. fortunately, i spotted this Consew and snapped it up. all i needed was the iron, figured the bottle would come too - also came with the iron rest, an iron shoe (!) and demineralizer (!!). that's really beyond a great deal...the iron works very well, as expected. i'm back in business. thank you Zipper Stop

So I received an iron that was evidently defective. Wasn’t too happy about it but they were kind enough to send me a new one and it works perfectly. Thanks so much!!

Had this Consew steam iron for a few months now, bought it to replace my friend's 8 year old steam iron. She uses it at her tailor shop 3 to 4 hours just about every day with no problems, is dependable, goes on, heats up and creates steam in just a few minutes. Perfect for small tailor shop, great for home use.

I ordered this product for my grandpa because he is very picky and really likes the brand Consew. However, when he got the product, it was a Silver Star. Besides the point that the brand was wrong (which is why I put three stars), my grandpa thinks the steam iron does work to his standards and is ok with keeping the Silver Star.
