Propper CWU 27/P Nomex Flight Suit

This is my 2nd one of these (different sellers).Pros:-Meets the standards required by the Navy for usage.-Looks good.-Ideal for those looking to make a Sierra Hotel squadron flight suit.Cons:-They run a size or two small, so order larger.-Thinner than the standard green. When you hold it up to the light, you can see through it. Not an issue when you wear it, but it might not last as long if worn everyday like a green flightsuit.

Needed a replacement flight suit quickly. This is my second order here. Very happy with product and timely delivery. Comes with velcro for nametag already attached.RECOMMENDATION: Offer velcro for the chest and shoulder patches to make this even more ready for user.

I have yet to wear it flying, but it seems to be well made. I actually have a 39" chest and this is a snug fit for me, so you might want to order one size larger for your chest if you are 40". I am 6'1" and the Long is a good fit for my legs and arms.

Out in style has fantastic customer service! I ordered the wrong size and they made the exchange process very simple, and were very quick to respond.As far as the suit, its great, fantastic quality, but I feel it runs a little small. Even though I got the tall version it still rides up my ass crack more than a decent amount. I'm planning on getting it tailored to fit better. Maybe I'm a freak giant though so take that as you will.

Way too small, followed the size chart and still way too small

Quality wise, the flight suit is fine- and sizing for the chest area is accurate. The big problem I have with the flight suit is the way the seat and leg areas are cut. Its WAY too baggy, to the point where it can be a snag hazard. I have an older Carter Industries Nomex fligh suit that has a much better cut to the leg/thigh area. Im not a small guy, and you are suppose to be able to wear clothes underneath- but these are just silly/clown big from the hip down. This is just going to be used as a costume, but If I were using this for actual flight ops I would look elsewhere.

Well constructed and durable, this is the second flight suit like this that I have had and it has treated me well and hasn't had problems with ripping. The only drawback I had with my first one was the zipper pull tab on the shoulder pocket came off but was easily fixed. It is a comfortable fit and isn't stuff or restricting.

The material is high quality but they fit a little larger than expected. Recommend buying one size smaller.
