I usually wear a sz 14 pants. I ordered both the large and x-large. The large fit beautifully with room to spare. Very comfortable, especially the waist band. Great pockets. Nice length (I'm 5'6"). Going to use pants for an African safari in July. Fabric is light weight. Washes and dries easily. Treated with sun protection. Missed the return date on the x-large. Will pass them on to my sister. Looking forward to wearing the pants.

These are the best plus-size hiking pants I have found. The cut is generous, and the fabric has enough stretch to be extremely comfortable. I have 2 other pair, but I LOVE these. They kept me cool all day and looked just as good at the end of the day as at the start. I was concerned about wrinkles, but they wash well and come out of the dryer looking great. I handwashed them while camping, hung them to dry and still no wrinkles. They dry quickly and were colorfast with no fading at all. I am coming back to order another pair in a different color. I ordered my usual size and these fit well, but if you like a tighter fit, you may want to try ordering down a size. I personally love that the fit is generous and not binding at all in the waist or seat.

These were comfortable and very stretchy but they run small. I ordered a few pairs of hiking pants to try and these were about a half size too small so I another pair of hiking pants. If you're solidly in a size (like I am), I would size up for these

I LOVE these pants. I wore them camping this past week at the beach. When I walked into Camp, everyone noticed and commented on my awesome looking pants. That never happens to me. It was cold and windy and I ended up wearing them every day! They shed rain - they are NOT water proof but they did keep me dry in a light drizzle. They kept me warm and still breathed so I didn't get over heated when I went from a non active scenario to an active one. The best part was the waist band! I have hips, not huge, but enough that when I buy elastic waist pants with a draw string, I usually run out of string before I run out of hips and getting them on is a chore and getting them off, a nightmare. Not these. Perfect balance between stretch and string length. Easy on and off. Being able to cinch the bottom of the pants was great because the mosquitoes were vicious and they always eat my ankles. I have scars! Not this year! I'm bite free! Lastly, there are 3 generous pockets and they're all zippered. Each one can handle any size cell phone. Fantabulous! I will be buying a pair in every color! Update: I have two pair now and still no mosquito bites! Also, I wore these weeding and no rips or stains despite the fact that I knelt in dirt for hours. These are tough. My use of the zippers to keep various things in my pockets was continuous. Still going strong with no sign of wear. Thanks to these pants, I USED to be a jeans girl. One request, I need a loop for my key ring. I don't want to put them in my pocket because they are bulky and would look weird. I hung them on the lower corner of my front pocket, but then I couldn't zip it. Just a thought.

I just bought a second pair of these hiking pants - they are perfect. I wear a size 16 (curvy/hourglass) and the XL is flattering and comfortable, but snug in the waist so you may want to size up if you have a bigger waist. I take a 30-inch inseam and these are the perfect length: they break over the tops of my shoes, unlike so many pants that stop at the ankle. All pockets zipper and are big enough for real items; the rear pocket holds my smartphone with no problem. Just an excellent, functional pair of pants.

The style and fabric of these pants is nice and the quality seems good but the fit is off for me. The waist fit well in the XXL but they were tight across the lower tummy area and the 3XL had way too much fabric in the lower tummy area so these were a miss for me. They also were several inches to long for me but they might work well for someone taller than 5'5" and less pear shaped.

I took a medium for a little extra room for hiking. They are flattering, and I love the material lightness! I love the pockets, the zippers and the design. Great length. And they feel great! Really good purchase!

I’m so happy with these pants! I’ve tried many other models of famous brands, but couldn’t find the right ones for warmer days. First test - 2 days of very intense hiking in the mountains with quiet high temperatures and humidity. It felt so light, a bit cooling and pleasant on skin, protecting from scratches and ticks ( my Bf got many of them in his shorts). Can’t resist to wear them even for casual chores around, they are just so comfy!

je suis très contente que ces pantalons existent, je travaille avec ceux que j ai commandé, et je viens d en commander une troisième, ils ont beaucoup de poches, on perd rien de nos effets personnels, et le pantalon ne descend pas, il est parfait pour moi. merci amazone, du bon service, de la courtoisie, et la vitesse des envois.

La cintura elástica se me adapta perfectamente y los ceñidores de la pernera son muy útiles

Los pedí en talla chica y me quedaron bien, me gusta como se me ven. Son muy cómodos y frescos, los bolsillos y los cordones para ajustar la cintura y los tobillos son muy útiles, además no tardan mucho en secarse si te llegas a mojar. Solo hay que tener cuidado con las rodillas porque parece que se rompen fácilmente si las llegas a rasgar mucho con rocas.

They are very comfortable, with several pockets. Nice and lightweight, I have had them a while now and worn them on many hikes. (I also bought a pair from Baleaf, which turned out to be practically identical to these! The logo and finishing were a bit different. Both were fine but I prefer these because they have bigger hip pockets and an elastic waist adjuster instead of just a tie string.) I have worn them in all weathers, winter and summer. They are of thin silky material and dry very quickly. I was afraid they'd be too hot in summer but the one time I forgot my shorts in a heatwave they were fine to wear. In the depths of winter you would need warmer ones, but with a pair of waterproof overtrousers I have extended their season considerably!
