Q: Will the samsung galaxy note 10+ fit? with thin case on it?

My measurements on the purse are 5” wide, 7” long on the INTERIOR of the purse, leaving room to zip. I hope that helps and I hope this is somewhat accurate.

Q: How how long is the strap? I’ve seen anywhere from 24 inches to 47.

Just measured mine for you! Leather portion of strap - without counting loops & hardware where strap attaches to the bag - is 50" total. It can be adjusted down to half that length if you like. I'm 5'6" tall & I find having the strap adjusted to around 45" makes it comfortable as a crossbody bag - shorter than that if you plan to carry it on one shoulder. Hope this helps!

I’m not sure. I just checked the inside Of the bag for any tags and there are None. Nothing says made in China. It is a nice bag and made well

Yes, it definitely will fit! That's exactly why I got one of these crossbody purses. I've found a million that would fit my phone and I've found a million that will fit a pack of cigs. This is the only small crossbody purse I've ever found that has room for both! Plus keys! Hope this helps.
