Powerful tool for change and wellbeing
I've taken the author's live seminars and use the Wholeness Process in my personal life and also my work as a coach. I've found it dissolves long-standing issues that defied other practices while establishing a deep sense of wholeness and well-being.The process itself is gentle, respectful and inclusive. I've found it often accomplishes positive change so effectively that clients don't even remember the problems it resolved! The book itself is well-written and well organized. It contains all you need to be able to practice the method, not just 'teasers' to get you to buy a more expensive course. It is complete in itself.Highly recommended!

One of the Most Important Spiritual Books to be Written in the Past 500 Years !!
This book is fantastic. It explains what the "I", the "I Am," and Awareness are in an embodied and kinesthetic way. It then has specific practices to allow one to dissolve the "I-ego" into Awareness. When this happens, many of our problems seem to resolve or disappear. If, like me, you've always equated spiritual growth with psychological integration, the practices in the book will allow you to achieve that. And probably more easily than you think.Historically, there have been millions of spiritual practitioners who spent their entire lives meditating, trying to get rid of their ego, without ever knowing what it was in a concrete way. The author's discovery of this is a game-changer and a paradigm shift of enormous proportion. On a more personal note, I was working on a difficult emotional issue. By using the Wholeness Processes delineated in the book, I became aware that the "I-ego" through which I was perceiving this issue was a small contracted dot above my head. Once I was able to merge this tiny dot into the expanse of Awareness, the issue changed immensely and that change has stuck with me now for a long time. Also, the shifts that I experienced were at a body-level, meaning that I could feel chronic muscular contractions relaxing and melting away, as well as other physiological shifts. This work is powerful, effective and life-changing, regardless of whether its applied to spiritual growth or to personal/emotional evolution.

Yes. Just say yes.
If you are reading this you have been asking questions, searching and trying to get to the root of the feelings of lack, not good enough, or what is my purpose. Maybe you shift easily or maybe you have read tons and implemented only a fraction of what you’ve learned over the years, as I have. This book and process are gentle, spacious and inclusive for even the strongest resistance, doubt, questions and fears of doing it wrong. Connierae’s guidance is clear and easy to follow. Just say yes and get started today! I have just put my pinky toe in the water and I know I can never go back, nor would I want to.

Connirae Andreas is a pioneer.
Connirae Andreas is a pioneer. Her work creates transformation that goes more deeply than most other therapeutic work, spiritual teaching, or personal development, and yet allows you to reach that place of transformation more quickly than most any other methods. Her late husband, Steve Andreas, was also a brilliant pioneer. He was key in development what is commonly known as "The Rewind Technique" or memory reconsolidation, which is revolutionary for PTSD. Healing the Hero, 22zero, does work with vets based on this work and it helps vets with PTSD find resolution of their symptoms in only a few sessions "changing the narrative around trauma".If you read the promotion for this book and think it sounds to good to be true, just know it delivers on every promise.I highly recommend her latest book "Core Transformations" as well.

Effective and potentially life-changing
Admittedly, I am pretty noncommittal when it comes to self-help or spiritual techniques. It’s hard for me to stick to something long term if I don’t feel like I’m getting anything out of it. This is not the case with the Wholeness Work. Almost every time I’ve used it, I could feel a shift in my body and relaxation of tension. Suddenly, whatever worry or anxiety I was experiencing doesn’t seem as big and important. So far, this hasn’t had any long term effects that I’ve noticed, but I don’t practice this technique on a daily basis. Maybe once a week when something is really bothering me. I can imagine, with consistency, this could have life changing benefits. I did watch a recording of one of the 2-day trainings as well as read the book. I think doing both really helped to clarify the process and commit it to memory.

Thanks C.A.
This work extends what was explored in the "Focusing" work by Eugene Gendlin and his adulants as well as the sub modality/sensory based language of Richard Bandler. It all works because it is greased with the permissive utilization approach of M. Erickson. Applying these approaches to the basic sense of self is innovative and, surprising, in that I am not aware of any one having done this previously.I admit that I have-not yet explored any of the extended or "advanced" workshop material but will do so. G. Bateson wrote an essay on why A.A. emphasizes taking EGO out of the struggle to maintain abstinence and pursue sobriety. He mentions the A.A. philosophy of connecting to "a higher power". Maybe C.A.'s methodology could find application in the recovery community?

This book is one of the most significant books in its’ field - deep,
Coming to Wholeness by Connirae Andreas is a profoundly useful and jubilantly interesting way to look inward and understand ourselves in a deep and satisfying way. As a therapist and transformational coach, using the Wholeness work with my clients has been so powerful. I have used Wholeness as a way to guide my clients to let go of anxiety, feelings of being judged, and the need to please others at the cost of oneself, to name just a few. This book is so significant in the field of personal transformation, as Connirae has created and shared a simple, clear way to address those unwelcome parts of us that are experienced most deeply and are so often the most difficult to understand or resolve. I can’t recommend this book highly enough! On a personal level you will be thrilled with these unique results and as a professional, using these processes with your clients will allow you to help them successfully find and experience strong states of peace, acceptance and, of course, Wholeness.

A powerful process
So far, I love this book. I found myself positively shifting following the demonstration of the process in chapter 4. I can see great potential with it. I might add another review later on

Powerful spiritual process
I've been a fan of conniraes work since I came across her core transformation pattern in her husband's book elephants.Beautiful.This process is original and a powerful updating of ramana mahashis spirituality and the closest that BOP has come to enlightenment. The consConnirae is a beautiful writer but she has dumped pages and pages of distracting and boring seminar transcripts of people doing the process.they don't help or add to the process.I hate reading transcripts, they are jarring to read and frankly are lazy writing.Lastly conniraes has called this volume one. NLP is full of vOlume books that do not have a volume two. It just looks stupid . I understand someone may have the intention of writing a series of books imagining the success. But call it volume one when there's actually a volume two.

Transform your I
Connirae made another big step of what is possible by transforming our self to our true original self. The "I" is the most important we have to connect to become what we have been when we touched the earth. She is describing very detailed how to go into the basic and meditation process in this book, you will understand how this process works. As a daily routine you will see the shift it does for you. You will feel more centered, more independent of what people think, more happy with you and your life, decisions will be made easier, you will find yourself more relaxed and see people with other eyes ....I love the book and also the entire Wholeness Work.
