Old World Charm with reasonable functionality
The first one of these I received was defective. Seller rectified the problem ASAP no problem. Since I had an initial issue, I waited until I used this for quite some time before giving it a thumbs up. I simply love the antique look of this lighter. It's truly unique and works well. While the butane reservoir could be larger, it's really not a problem. It's easy to refill (a standard butane system & valves - easy peasy) and lasts a reasonable amount of time. It's distinctive, fun to use, has a unique design that is a real eye catcher. I was going to make a terrible pun like "It sparks conversations" or "A hot item" or "It will light your fire", but... Oh....too late. Great functional fun doodad.

Doesn't work long.
This is a very stylish lighter, unfortunately after a few days it quits working and has to be refilled after each use. I'm sure the seller is probably a very decent person, but this lighter is a piece of garbage.

Definitely a great lighter !!! Must buy
Definitely a cool little lighter!!!It does use up a ton of fluid especially on higher flame 🔥But it’s super cool and very lightweight you will not be disappointed ! Just make sure you have some butane ready to go ! Using it multiple times with a 4 inch flame and playing with it he will use it pretty quick ! Great lighter !

Nice, but not perfect
I bought a handful of these to give as groomsmen gifts (and one to keep myself). I ended up exchanging 2 of them due to slight defects, but the new ones were sent promptly. The lighters feel solid and are nice to use. It's convenient to not have to hold down the button like you do on a Bic, since this makes it easy to hold it from the bottom and stick it into a candle jar to light a wick. Obviously, there's also more potential for accidents versus a Bic style lighter. My only complaint is that the flint wheel is quite small, and it doesn't have the smooth wheels on either side light a Bic flint does, so it's rougher on your thumb than other lighters. The wheel has also become stuck a couple of times, where I had to hold the flint between my thumb and index finger to rotate it loose.Overall though I am happy with it.

a little risky
a unique design. very light weight. small in hand. butane fill. it is easy to use but the flame adjust knob is dangerously close to the flame. this thing was set on high and became a blow torch when i lit it. so as always be mindful. the hinges i have to say feel flimsy on this thing, so I keep that in mind when i fidget with it. at $10 this would be a good deal. and $20 or above im not sure its worth the novelty to get your fingers heated. up to you. but i admit its a cool looking piece.

Nice ornament lighter.
This a nice little lighter works first roll of the wheel and you have a flame. Adjust to what size flame you want. Nice looking. Would recommend.

Looks cool, but awful as a lighter
It's an attractive piece, but as a functional lighter you are better off with a standard disposable. The chamber that holds the butane isn't very large, so you're constantly refueling. When you lift the shield, the butane begins to exit whether you've got it lit or not, which only makes you run out faster. There's a flame control lever on the side, but it's so tiny so I'd light it, realize the flame was too small/large and go to change it only to burn my finger. The flame is also inconsistent. One light it'll be HUGE, so I turn it down. Then next it's tiny so I turn it up. Back and forth we go, burning myself all along. Last night I tried to light a fire in a moderate wind and it kept blowing out over and over, so it's definitely not windproof as they claim. It also wants to go out if you turn it sideways or slightly inverted, which isn't uncommon when trying to use a lighter. Lastly, the flame stays ignited until you flip the shield back down, which means if you drop it or something, it'll possibly stay lit and burn whatever it touches...so not very safe at all. Looks cool though.

Coolest lighter ever
I am a cigar smoker. I buy tens of lighters. This is not my daily go-to. But my cigar buddies all could not believe how small and clever this unit is. Special occasions 007.
