Arrived already in tune, poor packaging though.
There was no cushioning placed around the instrument in the shipping box, so it was free to move around and potentially be damaged during shipment.

Grampa happy
Came in tune! Decent soft case with pocket. My grandfather gave his away when moving across country to be in assisted living, but found he wanted one to keep busy. He loves it! Would be nice if they added a pick or 2, but we found some easily. Nice instrument at great price.

Very well made banjo, came tuned out of the box. Great banjo for beginners or even intermediate players.

AWESOME
Came almost in tune already and bridge setup. Plays and sounds perfect. Nut needed a bit of filing on the edge but thats it.
