You get 12 boxes, which is a full case. It is important to note that regular Instant Cream of Wheat - Original flavor comes with 12 packets (1oz each). This product has higher nutritional value with 8 packets (1.59oz each). Therefore, you get the same amount of cereal per box. Yet, this product always cost more so doesn't sell as well. I am very happy to have found it here on Amazon for a reasonable price.

There are 3 boxes and each box has 10 packets
