Great value and a wonderful item
Bought this for my grandson and he absolutely adores it, real quality and very safe. Comfort factor is spot on. Would have no hesitation in recommending it and for the record, slightly cheaper than buying it directly from the well known store.

over priced rubbish
I received the rocker promptly. during assembly the cross rails split at the ends when screwed in, of 8 screws 3 of pre-drilled holes, split. Whilst the rocker base is solid ply the cross rail is made of cheap softwood. During use the split ends likely to break in time and injure the baby. I would not recommend this product.
