Was easy to set up
Worked ok for first 2 weeks and after a power cut, the pan & tilt went in the wrong direction and the tracking also went wrong. When a person went to the right, the camera tracked to the left, losing sight of the person. I bought 4 of these cameras and the other 3 work fine.

The manufacturer may send you a used device without all the parts in it
The camera seems to be what it says on the tin. I bought it to connect into ONVIF based monitoring system. (ONVIF is an open standard that means a compatible camera will work with other ONVIF stuff). For me this means that I have an ONVIF server that my cameras all attach to and it determines which cloud (or not) the images go to etc etc so I don't have to pay additional fees for cloud storage. The camera says its ONVIF and it certainly seems to be working for the few days I've had it. I have yet to put it outside for any period of time to test it's weatherproofing etc.I'd have had the camera for longer if the first one I'd bought as new hadn't had to be immediately returned because it was obviously used. The packing material wasn't all there, the CD wasn't there (a scrunched up CD sleeve was), the fixing bracket and screws were missing too as was the power-supply the protective film over the dome and the instruction manual (most of which I'd not realised was missing at the time, the lack of packing, cover on the dome and the missing CD were enough).Amazon authorised a return immediately and I got a properly packed and new looking camera a few days later.So... beware this company may ship you a used device. I am OK with the camera but I'll not be buying from this company again.I just wish Amazon Marketplace wasn't becoming as bad and random as some other places. The impact of the returns for such shoddy companies must cost a fortune... perhaps that's why the cost of PRIME has gone up!

A good camera and great service support
Following and incident outside my house with a delivery driver and damaged goods which if I had a CCTV camera would have made things easier I decided it was time to look for a CCTV Camera for home.My requirements were:-It should be discreet,Continuously recordCapture recordings to a SD card.Utilise WiFi to be able to access the recordingsOnly require power but not requiring PoE (Power over Ethernet)Could be fixed to a soffit just under the the gutter. There weren't many cameras that ticked all these boxes but I found this camera after a bit of searching and decided to give it a go, at the same time I purchased an 12v extension lead and Micro SD card.Setting up the Camera was easy enough if you use the Ethernet cable supplied straight into your router before installing the camera where you want it.The actual Installation was straight forward except for running the power cable in my loft which was a real pain given where I wanted to mount the camera but that was my problem. The CamHipro App which can be downloaded from the App Store is good, although the descriptions/instructions of what each function does is a little light in places most are obvious but others take some trial and error. After installing the camera where I wanted it (see picture) all was working fine and then the dome got damaged by the window cleaner I think it was from a chemical and it made the lens blurry. So please be mindful of the dome when cleaning, do not use any chemicals just a cloth!!Consequently I had a useless Camera, so I decided to contact YoLuke support which I guess are based in China.I emailed them and explained that the camera dome got damaged and could I purchase a replacement.. Sunny the contact at YoLuke got back to me the very next day and offered to send out a replacement dome free of charge which was extremely good of them as the damage was my fault. The replacement dome turned up just 10 days after first contacting their support team . I have to say that is very good service.I have to say that its an excellent bit of kit for the price and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of their cameras. When you look at how much a CCTV system can cost these cameras are excellent value and more than enough for your home security requirements, you may need more than one camera, but the APP can handle multiple cameras.

Would expect better for the price
For the price of this camera I would expect better quality tbh. The Acrylic dome causes issue with the image causing parts to be out of focus - see images. When removed the image is sharp. Looking through the dome you can see it's very badly made with alot of variations in optical quality. A glass one may have improved it. I could return it but will the replacement be any better? I doubt it.As mine is indoors only I removed the dome with the downside that all of the electronics are open to the elements (dust etc)On the plus side - connection was easy to set up and connected to my WiFi without hassle and you can use your browser on the pc instead of installing any extra software, the PTZ controls work as they should. If you are concerned about image focus and use it outside then this will dissapoint you

Best some camera I've found in price bracket
Love these dome cameras, had one for a few years never had any issues, these seem to be upgraded version of that one, identical in look build etc and use same app on phone, now about that all :) the camhi one is the one you want to set these up with, ie configure (it's easier to install using the network cable initially just plug into your router do all the config stuff then add your wireless password etc afterwards) and get on your network , but the camhipro is the one you want to use to actually move the camera and do everything else with going forwards, crazy I know but I had real issues getting the camera to pan and point where I wanted it to look with the basic app on my phone, where as the pro one has a handy arrows that let you move it easily, but I then found the pro one doesn't let you change frame rate or picture quality where as the basic app does. Doesn't make sense I know. Also. They need to sell a mounting bracket, I've used one that works fairly well (semi universal one) but it could do with a bespoke one imo.All in all once setup I love the fact I can view all three cameras from the one app on my phone wherever I'm so would recommend as they do exactly what I wanted them to do.
