they would not fit.
Car was in the shop for a few weeks and when I got the car back to install, I found out they would not fit. missed the window to return.

Good mirrors for the price...
I added these to my 70 442, it had holes for aftermarket mirrors on it when I got it that weren't filled while being painted. I looked at a lot of sport mirrors, and these I found that the base was big enough to cover the holes, and didn't have to drill new ones. The base also covers the "keyholes" that were in the drivers door for the factory mirror. For those having problems with them not holding adjustment, I found that the screw on the bottom of the ball mount needs to be tightened. It does say that in the instructions, but I missed that at first. Overall happy, this is first impressions. If anything changes after driving the car for a while, I will add a note here.

Cheap with plasticy feel.
Just feels cheap. Doubt the finish will withstand two months of exposure to the elements.
