Its interesting to use this after you have exfoliate before hand, you get to also see how much you miss.You really want to make sure you open up your pores for this or you won't get the results you were wanting. Pending on where my cycle is at, tend to get bad acne on my chin and edging of my face. So I had to wait to see how it pops my pimples for me. I do have some blackheads on the nose that was able to be taken care of, (used a thinner head for it) Sadly didn't take any before and after pictures.I wish I had this when I was younger so I could have prevented the scars on my chin and chest.Tips I have is:Do not just go right into it without steaming your face or any other methodsyou use to open your pores.Don't use a micro fiber cloth, I lost heat within a minute.I took a hot shower and did my normal thing, just make sure to wet your face every so often and wash it.Do this right after your shower, like don't leave the bathroom door open or leave the room before using it. I oddly was able to use this while the temperature of my apartment was in the 90s and I was sweaty. (I was seeing how long I could live without the AC running). If it does pop a pimple and you go over it again, expect some blood in the section cup.For cleaning don't use your fingers since the oils will get on the suction head and then into your pores for the next time you use it.This took me about 3 times to get this right, with seeing what worked well for my face, I had used an exfoliate srucb and mask (I don't think I left it on long enough, so my bad), the mircobfiber wash cloth, and 2 showers using different length of times, the longer the better. I tried to hold my skin tight and loose, I feel that tight helped more.I know my pictures are gross, but its oddly the good kind since its no longer in my face making my skin break out.Ps, my husband saw this thing when I got it at 1st and he took and held it on his skin for a lot longer than 3 seconds (this was before we read the instructions). He had a nice little red circle on his chest for a few hours.Pss, if you have sensitive skin, expect this thing to make your face red for at least 10 minutes after use, but no longer than 1 hour, per my experience.

Okay so read lots of reviews about this (even the ones about being careful because of marks) got this thing in and read everything (including the parts about being careful not to use too much suction or stay in one area for too long,etc). Okay I think I’m ready.Showered to open up pores and then looked back over directions again. Oh! It says to replace the little sponge thing so all the gunk from your face doesn’t get into the motor (smart) so I grab one and kinda set it on top/push it in? (Didn’t look right but went with it - *spoiler* it wasn’t haha)Tested on my chest (why? I honestly don’t know, just wanted to test not on my face...arm would have worked better and made more sense). Tried it on level 2 and apparently held it for too long as I was dragging/scraping across my skin and it left a mark (thinking to myself - “great, that will be a fun hickie-looking mark to explain to my husband” along with “oh, those reviews and the directions were right!” Duh)Decided to just try level 1 and a smaller top (smaller isn’t as strong per what I read - and can now confirm). Went over my face and saw so much coming out into the thing that it was both disgusting and deeply satisfying. Maybe halfway through and I’m suctioning and then taking away from my face to look at what’s coming off into the thing and I realize the little sponge is just floating around in there haha take the head off and realize that it came pre-sponged underneath and then felt like an idiot. Took out the extra sponge and set it aside for later hahaFinish my face and it feels great! Wash and moisturize and good to go with no marks that lasted more than 5ish mins (paper says area may bruise and last 5mins-24 hours or something like that)Well fast-forward a couple days and I want to try again after my shower since it said it could be used a couple times a week. (This is where I thought I was already a pro...and mistakes were made.) I switched the head with a wider one (more suction) which was mistake one. Mistake 2 was turning it up to level 2. And mistake 3 was watching it effectively sucking the gunk out of face while it was still suctioned on. (I should also note that I have sensitive skin as well as very pastey coloring - photo actually shows my suntan which is an average persons super duper pale haha).So yeah...could tell pretty much immediately that it was going to leave a mark given my experience a couple days before haha and then we get this photo where I’ve basically given myself facial hickie stripes haha this is what it looked like I woke up to the next morning when I looked in the mirror and thought maybe I had slept-walked and wiped dark makeup on my face (or was attacked by a declawed tiger cub)Will I use it again? Most definitely!! It’s amazing! Will I be more careful next time?! Honestly I’m not sure haha but I’m going to pretend. Luckily I was able to hide it wearing a mask today when I was out so maybe when I’m going to be showing my full face more regularly yes haha (even with layers on makeup on today trying to hide it, it was still visible and made it look like I had been crying and was smeared mascara on my cheek hahaha)Morale of the story: be careful, use the appropriate size head for the area, and don’t stay suctioned for very long! (Unless you’re looking for that striped look or awkward semi-permanent contouring hahaha)

Guessing people got paid for good reviews. This has terrible suction power... No pain at all, felt as strong as someone sucking through a straw. Cleaned and steamed my face but not one blackhead removed. I really wanted this to work and with the positive reviews I was hoping for some effective use. I kept going over the same spot hoping it would work and now I have a hickey on my face.... And a blackhead on it.**Update** the seller keeps contacting me asking me to change this to a positive review because they 'found a new manufacturer' and apparently in 2 days they have a whole new manufacturing process that's going to make this a better product. I don't plan on changing review although the return was quick I expect that considering I was sold junk. I rely heavily on online reviews and I don't plan on changing this.

I’ve had this product for a few months. It had worked great, it has the best suction power out of the previous ones I’ve tried. but I went two weeks without using it and now it won’t suck. It turns on and allows me to go through the levels of suction but there’s no suction.
