Maltose - 14.1oz [Pack of 3]

I love Asian cooking and when an author or website recommends using maltose and says "but you can use Honey, but the flavor will be sightly different" ; I go with their recommendation and get the Maltose.The flavor is wonderful and the viscosity super thick. I love the inner lid. The 3 pack means that I don't have to worry about accidentally running low when I get a craving.Branch out beyond just Asian cooking and think extra flavor for barbecue sauces and more!Recommended!!!

A bit pricey but I needed it for my Cha Siu BBQ Pork & couldn't find it in the stores.

This stuff is better than sugar or syrup. Great taste. Came in durable and well sealed jars. Everything is high quality.

So happy found this on amazon. So lovely childhood memories about this maltose. I used this to make walnut red dates fudge wo this it cannot be right.ps a bit over price. product packaging can be improved

Much more expensive than buying at a store. If you have an Asian food store near you I would highly recommend buying this item there. It will save you a lot of money. Besides the price the item is good.

Maltose is a great item to use to add sweet stickiness to any sauce. I use it in making Korean BBQ sauce. This brand is the only one I have ever used and it is excellent. Shipping service is great too. It is much better than honey. Just be sure to NOT refrigerate it or it will become so viscous you will never get it out of the jar!
