Exactly as I needed. I originally purchased the 14" long but was too short. I exchanged for the 18" long which were perfect. The exchange was handled satisfactory.

I am absolutely delighted with these valances. It took a lot of searching and several failed attempts with the wrong shade of green, but I finally found the perfect valances to give my kitchen the fresh, crisp update I was looking for. The print is pretty and delicate, not overwhelmingly dark or crowded. As you can see in the photos, the print can been seen during the day as well as at night, so they are not TOO sheer, although I do have a white cotton curtain behind them.The photos were taken immediately after unpackaging and hanging them, so as you can see... no wrinkles.I used two valances on my 44" window to give a bit of extra gather, and go around the ends of the window frame to the wall.I couldn't be happier and I would strongly recommend these valances to anyone looking to brighten up a dingy, dreary window treatment.

This is for my kitchen window. I've spent hours (yes literally hours) looking at curtains and valances from numerous sites online weighing the color combinations and fabric design. Yes, these were more than I wanted to pay; but they're certainly not out of line when compared to other sites and the quality is very good with a nice texture. This material will last very well and in the end, this is money well spent as the design is very ageless and the colors blend beautifully with my surrounding color scheme. In fact, I liked these so much I ordered another 2 for the window on the other side of my kitchen door. Both times they shipped very fast, lol, now just wish the curtain rods to hang them with would do the same!
