Great fixture once you figure out the electrical.
If you or your electrician cannot follow electrical or electronic schematics, you are in for a hard time. The person I hired to put the fan in could not figure out the wiring diagram. I used to repair electronics, so the diagrams made sense to me.The part that was most confusing to the installer was the fan required a direct unswitched hot leg so the fan could come on automatically if the box heated up to a preset temperature due to the heat from the lamps. So, we had to run extra wire for an unswitched leg.It really kicks out a lot of heat which my wife loves after a shower. So far, we love it.

Heat lamps in this unit are great and bath fan is quiet
This unit was replacing a Broan bath light/vent fan combo unit. The main thing I was looking for was a new unit that would also supply heat. We settled on the heat lamp units because we wanted instant heat. The Aero Pure A716B was one of the few out there that had multiple heat lamps, a supplemental bath lamp, and an exhaust fan. I installed the fan in a few hours with the help of an electrician. The instructions included in the packaging were adequate, but not great. The electrician's only complaint was that one nut he had to remove was metric (I'm not sure if this means everything else was SAE).We have been using the unit for a few days and are very happy with the purchase.

Good, not great. Works great
The wiring was complex. My contractor was kvetching about it but it went in fine. Puts out a lot of heat. But the fan is loud like a cheater unit. I have better quieter fans in other bathrooms. Comes with the switch panel. Overall, I would buy it again.

Great for the bathroom.
Takes the chill out of the bathroom on cold winter mornings. Great product at a reasonable price. Easy to install.

Difficult Product
I hired a contractor to remodel my bathroom, he instructed me not to go cheap and to buy a quality heat lamp/exhaust fan. I did my research and bought quality. It took 8 hours to wire it up, and then the center light didn't work, we changed the light bulb and still no go. After a couple of hours teching out the problem it is a wiring issue from the socket to the wire harness. It appears there is a break in the current that runs from the harness to the socket. I am past my return window so I am going to contact customer support as a warranty issue. Probably a great unit for a new build but not so much for a remodel. I also wouldn't wait until the last minute to make sure it works. Other than that, it seems to be a great product, the fan works well and the heat lamp keeps me warm in nice new large shower tub area. I have only been using it for two weeks though so take that for what its worth.

we LOVE this unit
So far, we LOVE this unit. The heat lamps are wonderful and the fan is quiet. This unit comes with a white switch plate with 4 small toggle switches: 2 heat lamps, 2 heat lamps, light, fan. So you can use 2 or 4 heat lamps!

Don’t buy, fire hazard!!!!
it gets so hot that everything melts , I am in the process of returning it . you can see my pictures that the plastic is deformed due to the excessive heat , The bathroom fan is melted and got stuck, heat bulbs burned out one by one within minutes. I called their customer service and they send me a replacement, same thing happened again . this product has a huge design problem , trust me, I had it installed by a licensed electrician and I have many years of circuit design experience, I know what I’m talking about. so please save your money and save your life , don’t buy it

Not a good DIY product.
This product is not for the casual DIY'er. It requires a dedicated electrical circuit, and they recommend a licensed electrician. The product arrived with one broken bulb and one damaged bulb. I should have returned it, but decided to go ahead with the install. I do a lot of installations of various equipment, so I'm not unfamiliar with with installing various pieces of equipment. I found this heater/fan to be more difficult than it needed to be. The instructions are very minimal. I had to contact the manufacturer 3 times with questions - never have had to do that before. The first question related to the hold size you actually cut in the ceiling. I would recommend the manufacturer be clearer and possibly include a template. The next question was how to access the electrical terminals. There was nothing in the instructions to describe the electrical cover that needs to be removed to access the terminal lugs, and it was not a typical cover. After installing the unit, I found the fan was rubbing on the housing. It was rubbing enough that I had to spin the fan some to get if moving. Fan motor would just set and hum. I removed fan housing and the fan itself. Installed a thicker washer and this took care of the problem. (Not sure why the manufacturer used such a thin washer for the spacer). Fan/heater is installed now with the exception of the two bad heat bulbs. Manufacturer said I need to deal with Amazon on that. Hopefully it will run for a long time, because I'm definitely tired of dealing with this product.
