I've only used this glass roasting dish once thus far, but will update again later. Beautiful thick glass. The first one I received had some scratches so I returned for another which is fine but I felt that the packing left some extra cushioning to be desired. Bubble wrap would be advised in future as these were both packed in only some thin white mystery material, like a very thin foam (?) fabric. I definitely want to purchase another for the beauty as in form, and function but it is an expensive item for its size which was smaller than I expected, and I'd like to use this a few more times before updating this review. I'm interested in buying another one exactly like this one and also looking at the Simax glass pot in which you can simmer apple, cloves, orange slices, and cinnamon for a nice home fragrance. Very happy to have discovered this brand name of borosilicate glass as I've had recent bad experiences with Pyrex.Update Jan 3, 2023: I've used and washed this several times now and it's awesome. Will update again if any issues but for now I really do love it. RECOMMEND

Just Perfect For Bread Baking
If you bake bread at home and want to retain moisture to get a crisp crust then these are perfect.I was using cast iron but they got too heavy. These are not only much lighter they're also functional since I don't have to wash them after baking. Just a quick wipe and they're ready to go for the next week's bread.I now own three since I bake multiple loafs at a time and they even nestle to save storage space!Perfect!

Large enough for a 6-1/2 pound Chicken.
Very nice and versatile roasting and baking glassware pan. I've made a whole 6-1/2 pound Chicken in it, and it's also useful for baking a large bread loaf, meatloaf, lasagna, or making casseroles. I'm very pleased with the knobs inside the lid that drip moisture while roasting and baste whatever is being cooked. It is also easy to clean, just use a bit of spray canola oil and washing it is a breeze. Dishwasher safe, too. Well worth the price, and will save on buying those oven cooking bags. I definitely recommend this glassware pan.
